**First Floor:**
The fully equipped kitchen features a dining table and a washing machine for your convenience. The cozy sitting room includes a comfortable sofa bed, a swing chair, and entertainment options like satellite TV, books, and board games for enjoyable evenings and stay active with gym accessories. A guest toilet and a small storage room add to the practicality of your stay.

**Second Floor:**
The two double bedrooms share an adjoining balcony that overlooks the peaceful front garden, creating a serene space to start or end your day. One of the bedrooms also has a second balcony facing the pool. The shower room comes with a cabinet for extra storage, ensuring a tidy and organized space.

Please turn off the air conditioning when it’s not needed and avoid wasting water.

The gardener visits once a week to maintain the garden and may occasionally need to apply treatments to keep it in optimal condition. If spraying is necessary, you will be notified in advance, and it will be scheduled at a time when you are not near the pool area to ensure that your holiday remains uninterrupted.
