Tucked away in the quaint village of St. Cleer on the Bodmin Moor AONB in Cornwall, is this stunning four-bedroom, detached barn conversion, The Old Railway Yard.
Enjoying a fabulous location which offers the very best of the country and coast with a breath-taking interior, high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and contemporary furnishings.
When the weather is nice, why not enjoy a barbecue (space provided) and dine alfresco out on the patio in your private garden, which comes alive at night with outdoor lighting?
After a hearty dinner, choose from two well-appointed sitting areas to while away the evening, one with woodburning stove, Smart TV and SONOS bar and sound system; the other with beautiful, exposed stonework, Smart TV and easy access to the home’s bookshelf.
Completing the ground floor is a handy utility room, housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, in addition to a cloakroom and two storage cupboard for coats, shoes and bags.

Visit the picturesque Golitha Falls, where you can hike along the wooded valley as you soak up the scenery or stop to refuel at Inkie’s Smokehouse.
Outdoor enthusiasts will delight at the close proximity of Silblyback Lake, where you can try your hand at excellent selection of watersports, including windsurfing, sailing and kayaking, all within the prime surroundings of Bodmin Moor!
