Four Bedroom Holiday House with large outdoor entertaining with swimming pool.
House is located approximately 400m from Beach in Mt Martha in a quiet street.
Front of house has Lounge room with Tv and 2 couches.
Open Plan area at mid section of house includes Kitchen with bench + 3 stools, Dining area which seats 8 - 10 guests and Living with couch, chairs and Digital Tv.
This open plan area has split system and ceiling fan.
Entry to deck and outdoor entertaining from open plan area.
Outdoor areas include Swimming Pool with solar heating, hot water shower, outdoor lounges, couch, table + chairs and large Bbq.
Backyard has Firepit and Basketball ring with gated entrance to garage. Garage fits one car and has 2 x SUPs and canoe that can be used by guests throughout their stay.
New wing at rear of house has a renovated Parents retreat with Couch, ceiling fan, wall mounted Smart Tv, working fireplace and Kitchenette with fridge + sink. This area also opens to pool deck and has outdoor table with stools. Views of Balcombe Reserve from balconies at rear of house.
House includes Wifi, ducted heating, Laundry with washing machine + dryer, off street parking for 3+ cars, garage at rear for 1 car.
8 minute walk to North Beach or Hawker Beach.
1.1 km to Mt Martha Village.
15 minute walk to Village and Briars Boardwalk.
House is Pet friendly on application - guest must receive owners approval before they can bring pet/s.
