Ideal for six guests, the house features three bedrooms, additional loft sleeping arrangements, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a backyard designed for relaxation and entertainment. The Space:
As you step into "Indigo Oasis," the ground floor welcomes you with a spacious master suite featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, Roku smart TV, and a private full bathroom. This level also houses a half-bath for guests and a fully-equipped kitchen loaded with modern appliances and a Keurig coffee machine. Enjoy meals at the dining table designed for six, ensuring ample space for everyone.

Venture upstairs to discover two additional bedrooms — one with a king-sized bed and another with full-sized bunk beds, both furnished with Roku smart TVs. There's also a full bathroom on this level. The loft area is a versatile space equipped with a full trundle bed for extra guests, and a desk providing a convenient workspace. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also situated upstairs for your convenience.

Outside, a fully fenced backyard awaits, ready to be your oasis of fun and relaxation. There's a garage equipped with a Tesla charger (available for a fee) for guests traveling with electric vehicles. Enjoy outdoor dining, relax by the fire pit, or cook up a feast on the gas grill.

Guest Access:
Guests have unrestricted 24-hour access to your unit. Guests will receive a unique PIN for door access prior to check-in, which activates from arrival through departure date.

The Neighborhood:
Seminole Heights is one of the oldest neighborhoods of Tampa. Well known by locals for its beautiful 1920's Craftsman Bungalows and its food and beer scene. Seminole Heights eateries and bars attract an eclectic mix from all over Tampa Bay. You will not find a chain restaurant here.

Getting Around:
This home is in walking distance of many of the neighborhood's best bars and restaurants. With a central location like this, Uber and Lyft are incredible options for getting around. Fares are generally around $5-7.

Other Things to Note:
• A fee of $100 per pet, per stay applies for reservations up to 28 days. For reservations longer than 28 days, a fee of $100 per pet, per month applies.
• Linens for the trundle bed are available upon request. If the guest count does not exceed 6, linens are not automatically provided.
• Tesla Charger is available with a fee of $25 per day. (Must apply to entire length of reservation)
• This home is equipped with dual central AC units - There is a thermostat on each level that controls climate on each level.
