Welcome to White Sands Village located just a short walk to the beautiful white sands of Siesta Key Beach. The community of White Sands Village offers seven acres of maintained tropical landscaped grounds of palm trees, live oaks, and tropical flowers. The community requires extended stays of no less than 14 nights which affords a quieter less transient atmosphere considering its close proximity to the main public beach. Swim year-round in the community's heated pool with plenty of sun lounging available as well as a grilling area. Siesta Key public beach located just across the street offers additional amenities such as tennis courts and playground.
Enter the unit through the front door and arrive in an open kitchen, dining, and living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4-piece major appliance set among other small appliances. The kitchen is open out towards the dining area with seating for 6. The living room is furnished with comfortable lounge seating around a large flatscreen TV. Exit the unit through the opposite end through large sliding glass doors unto the screen patio with additional outside seating. The patio offers access out to a grass and garden area which can be followed straight over to the community pool located in the center of the complex.
Back inside, you will come across a hall from the kitchen leading to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms this unit has to offer. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds and a small desk. The bedroom also offers plentiful closet space. Just outside the guest bedroom you will find the guest bathroom equipped with stall shower. Further down the hall you will come across the large master suite furnished with king-size bed, plentiful closet space, and ensuite bathroom equipped with tub/shower combo.
Additionally the unit provides access to one assigned covered parking space and laundry facilities area available in the same building as the unit.
Minimum Stay Requirement: 14 nights year-round.
