So we do a thorough cleaning after each stay and set up house rules to help keep our home ready for every guest. We highly suggest reading them to be informed properly of their importance and fees that may incur once violated.

No Pet Policy - Unauthorized Pets will incur a $450 fee.
Smoking - $500 abatement charge

On a more important note, we asked every guest to complete our guest verification process to ensure smoother check-in. This is in compliance with rental regulations and done through a trusted third-party app, Enso x Truvi. It’s very simple! You will just need to fill out your boarding pass and there you’ll be given an option between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This will ensure that you are protected as a wonderful guest and us as your host. Please make sure to complete this before your arrival. Our software will only send out check-in instructions once this is complete
