This stunning 6-bedroom family-friendly mansion located at BellaVida Resort has everything you need. It comes with a private pool, BBQ, parking, resort hot tub, gym, and more! You’ll also be only minutes away from Disney, top golf courses, shops, and restaurants.

My home has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and private backyard. There are 7 beds and the property sleeps 12 people.

The Space:
This 6-bedroom home is newly furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom. There is a pool and free parking on the premises.

You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry. The King beds are extremely comfortable, as are the Queen and single beds. The smart TV comes with Netflix, news, and streaming. We also provide a BBQ for your enjoyment.

You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to BellaVida Resort and all of the amenities they offer.

The Neighborhood:
The house is minutes away from Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios.

Nearby attractions include the Camping World Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Amway Center, Orlando Science Center, Lake Eola Park, CFE Arena, Mennello Museum of American Art, Festival Park, Bob Carr Theatre, Cranes Roost Park, Lake Louisa State Park, Orlando City Stadium, Audubon Park Garden District, Orlando Watersports Complex, Formosa Gardens Event Center, Gaston Edwards Park, Lakeridge Winery, and The Florida Mall.

Other Things to Note:
1. A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed, with no Pit Bulls breeds.

2. If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $129 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

3. Pool heating is an additional service NOT included in the booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day that we provide upon request. Please inquire for more details.

4. Please do NOT checkout late or you'll be charged a $150 late checkout fee.

5. We're happy to deliver a full BBQ propane take upon request for a $50 fee.

6. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $10/day ($50 max per trip)

7. We're happy to deliver a High Chair for $5/day ($25 max per trip)

8. We offer HDMI cable rentals for $5/day ($10 max per trip)

9. If you have any special requests throughout your trip, we are happy to make service calls for $25 per trip.
