Villa Bashert is located on a picturesque 1/3 acre in Pedregal. Listen to the waves with a short walk to Pedregal Beach. Close enough to hear the waves crashing, but situated high enough to enjoy spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean.

Set up for complete luxury and concierge service. We own a restaurant and have full time staff with a professional chef, sous chef, mixologist, transportation, wine, tequila, and mezcal tasting, painting classes, and daily housekeeping. Arrival transport included.

THE SPACE
The house has 4 large master suites. All accessible from the exterior, with two accessible from interior & exterior. Enjoy the pool and jacuzzi, outside kitchen area, sonos sound system, and more. The villa is NOT set up for safety for children; therefore, we accept guests 15 and over. The house has a negative edge pool with an open drop and 3 levels of terrace.

Every stay includes your choice of breakfast or lunch prepared by the Villa Bashert & Native New Yorker Pour House chef & team. We own a restaurant in Pedregal with professionally trained and very experienced Chef Miguel. Private dinners can be added starting at $25 per person with a minimum base price. From casual dinner options to Michelin level 4 to 6 course, we provide it all. For more formal dinner in a restaurant or private setting, we can host your group at our restaurant. Add wine tasting and pairings or specialty cocktails with our mixologist and server who attends with Chef Miguel, sous chef Erick, and the cleaner Diego. Instead of paying per drink, Villa Bashert purchases the ingredients and charges only what the ingredients cost. Mixologist Alejandro is included with any food service or event you choose. All meal service includes a paired cocktail or a glass of wine.

Our cooking classes are popular in Cabo with local expats and tourists. Guests can request a cooking class with a full lunch or dinner served. Classes can be done at the restaurant in the kitchen designated for classes or at the Villa.

Villa Bashert works with one of the best Tequila and Mezcal experts in Cabo. He will come to the villa with Chef Miguel & team to guide you through an entertaining and enlightening experience tasting, learning, and pairing both with delicious and creative recipes. The fantastic and fun sessions start at $35 per person and last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours depending on the cuisine pairing chosen.

Transportation is provided by our trusted driver Andreas. You will be picked up in either a Suburban or Mercedes 10 passenger van from the airport, included in the rental (gratuity not included). Have your departure scheduled with Andreas for $100 (gratuity not included). Transportation to and from activities can be scheduled with our concierge service and you will be provided with excellent rates with safe and reliable service.

Our restaurant is known for our local food tours that can include local tortilleria tours. The tours are of Jennifer's favorite local and non-tourist locations. All safe and the best of Cabo for a feeling of real Mexico. These start at $40 per person and includes the transportation and Chef Miguel and Mixologist Alejandro guiding the tours. Food is ordered family style so everyone tries all of the best cuisine.

Enjoy the yacht charter we use exclusively to ensure excellence in service and a price that reflects that we do not receive any commision...our 3rd party service providers all know our priority is the best experience at an excellent price. Try the fishing charter that we use while living in Cabo. Always honest as to the fishing conditions and a Captain who knows where to reel them in. As owners of a boat in the Hamptons for summer and fall tuna and inshore fishing, we only use Caliente fishing charters for our fishing excursions in Cabo.

A local artist, Lorena Salas, works with us to do provide fun Bottle, Boards, and Brushes! These are paint classes where specialty appetizers or recipes are served with paired wine or cocktails while you are guided through your own beginner level painting. These classes start at $40 per person and can be done at the villa or at the restaurant.

Request a massage on the terrace or in your private space starting at $100 for 90 minutes.

Daily housekeeping is provided to ensure you need not do anything but relax and enjoy the ocean air and all that Cabo has to offer. If you need laundry done, let the cleaners know if you would like it done for you while they are in attendance.

Pedregal has pickleball and tennis courts along with the Fenix restaurant with spectacular views. The Fenix is owned by Chef Cesar Pita, a Michelen Recommended Chef.

The Mountain Club is accessible to all guests in Pedregal. Guests can utilize the pool, gym, and spa with fees paid directly to the Mountain Club.

Other things to note
We have a strict no pet and no smoking policy. The villa is for only registered guests. No outside guests without prior consent for liability purposes. Pedregal has a security gate with guests registered with the security guards for ease of access.

The house is not suited for children. The pool is not fenced and the house is 3 levels of terraces; therefore, for safety reasons, we keep the rental for adults only.

The renter will be required to sign a standard release of liability form as with all vacation and villa rentals, globally. The name of each guest and age will be required on the from.
