Welcome to the A7 Ranch. This enchanting cabin hideaway offers the perfect blend of rustic charm & modern luxury, promising an unforgettable getaway for family reunions, adventurous weekends & celebratory gatherings alike.
Inside our cabin unfolds into a haven of comfort & elegance w/ 3 spacious living rooms thoughtfully designed for relaxation & entertainment, 5 cozy bdrms & 3 full baths. Our retreat comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. Fully equipped kitchen complete w/modern appliances & ample counter space.
The space
20+ acre previous horse ranch. Lots of grass for fun and games. 6 foot wide fire pit with wood available onsite. (fire restrictions may apply).

Pool will be open on 5-10-24.
The pool will be closed due to cold weather from mid-September through May and may be closed without prior notice at other times due to maintenance, weather, or abusive behavior.
There will be no refunds due to pool unavailability.

Guest access
All of the Cabin minus some closets. No access to garage. Although you are welcome to roam the property, note that the barns and pastures are not part of the rental. They are currently empty, but we might have horses and/or other animals in the barns and pastures without prior notice.
Other things to note
If flying into Kansas City it is about a 45 min drive from the airport. Please note that you may get a ride to the ranch but Uber/Lift does not pick up from the Ranch.
Excelsior Springs is the closest town with all of the normal amenities (grocery store, Walmart, etc) approx. 15 mins from the ranch.
Door Dash does deliver to the ranch.
3 local wineries within 15 miles & 2 within 30 miles of the ranch.
37 miles from the Power and Light District in KC.
Wabash BBQ in Excelsior Springs is operated out of an old train depot. BBQ ribs are amazing! They also do catering for large parties.
