The location is called Pounda in the village of Aprovatou. Nestled in a peninsula it boasts magnificent views to the Aegean Sea, and other islands dotted across the sea.
The area is very quiet and sparsely populated but yet only 6 klm far from the most vibrant part of Andros, Batsi, where there is a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, shops and night life with bars staying open till the dawn.
The distance from the port of Andros, Gavrio is 14 klm.
The distance from the elegant and cultural capital, Chora is 21 klm and only 25 minutes away.

The nearest beach is the central beach of Batsi in 6klm (10 minutes) and Kolona Beach bar in 8 klm. Within a distance of 10-12 klm (15 minutes) you may visit magnificent beaches all organized with umbrellas sunbeds and beach bars. The most known are:
Chrysi Akti, Agios Petros, Kypri, Chalkolimnionas, Apothikes.

The residence has its own parking space inside the plot. The village road is passing just outside the house and the central road is 850 meters far.
