Nestled in the heart of Inlet Beach, you will be within walking distance of 30Avenue shopping and illuminating local restaurants. It is pet-friendly and has a fenced-in yard for your furry friends to play. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook up your favorite meals, and the intimate outdoor dining space is a great place to share them! Witness spectacular sunsets from the patio with your favorite drink in hand to top off the perfect day.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

So much Potential

I recently stayed at this rental and found it to be a mixed experience with both positives and drawbacks. Positives: Convenient Location: The property is in an awesome location, especially for those who enjoy dining out at 30A venues or taking a stroll to Rosemary Beach. Beach Accessibility: I appreciated the easy access to the beach, making it convenient for those looking to enjoy the sun and sea. Pet-Friendly: The property is super pet-friendly, although it's worth noting that the yard is not fully enclosed. This could be a consideration for pet owners. Updated Cookware: The cookware and baking sheets in the kitchen were updated, contributing to a more enjoyable cooking experience. Drawbacks: Limited Dining Amenities: I would not recommend this rental for more than four people if you plan on eating in. The dinnerware and flatware provided were subpar, almost to the point of being a joke. Highway Noise: If you are sensitive to sounds from the highway, this might not be the ideal place for you. The noise level could be bothersome for some guests. Overpowering Scent: The property had an overwhelming scent upon entry, forcing us to relocate the scented reeds and cover the candles. This was a significant turnoff. Outdoor Furniture Needs Update: The outdoor table and chairs could use an update for a more pleasant outdoor seating experience. Furniture is uncomfortable, as hard as a rock In summary, this rental is well-suited for a smaller group, particularly those who enjoy dining out and taking advantage of the nearby attractions. The beach accessibility and pet-friendly nature are definite pluses. However, potential guests should be aware of the limitations in dining amenities, possible highway noise, and the need for updates to the outdoor furniture. With some improvements, this property has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable stay.

Wouldn't stay again

It was a bargain, but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I would not recommend this rental to anyone. It was not cleaned well and smelled badly. Turned out it was a rug that was soaking wet. Once I removed the rug it didn't smell as bad. The decor was very cute, but also very uncomfortable. You really need to drive to the beach unless you are comfortable crossing 98 with your children. For all of our stays in rental over the years I have never seen a kitchen so poorly equipped. One of the things I love is to cook fresh seafood and I didn't do it once because of how poorly equipped the kitchen was. The rental is also very close to the emergency responders so you hear a lot of sirens. The pool in the neighborhood was nice. It was a bargain and we could bring our dogs so it we stayed- if not I would have tried to go to a hotel.

Good location

We really loved the location of this house. It's perfectly situated to walk to 30a at Inlet beach and close enough to ride to rosemary beach on the provided bikes. It's easy to drive to the beach and park for an easy walk to find of the most stunning beaches in the gulf. Also house is so close to the neighborhood pool which is great!

Moderate Rental

The location was very convenient for us, with close access to PCB and 30A. We enjoyed being in walking distance of dining. The community pool was fantastic. The property backs up to 98 and traffic can be heard during night. The home itself had very little supplies in terms of cooking so that dining in was not convenient. The furniture was very uncomfortable. We rented this home because of the ability to sleep additional people, however the couches/pull outs were not comfortable and space to do so was very limited.
