Take a rental, or your boat if you'd prefer, and set sail amongst the majestic waters. A day in Rockport will be well spent for fun-filled days on the beach and exploring a host of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Natural accents and modern decor flourish in your home. Watch your favorite shows in the charming living area with comfortable furnishings and a large TV. Everyone's favorite recipes can be prepared in the pristine kitchen, complete with quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar. A lovely dining area welcomes shared meals and conversation.

Out on the covered deck, enjoy a beverage while watching the peaceful water views reflect the setting sun. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and an in-unit washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
