Summary:
Bespoke architecturally designed three level penthouse pus lower apartment with heated training pool, 9 person spa, rooftop lawn, bar, designed for entertaining.
Penthouse: Huge master bedroom and ensuite with super king bed, electric blinds and integrated music.
Four additional queen beds, one with ensuite. Bedding supplied for the sofa if required sleeping up to 11 people.
Chefs kitchen with Gaggenau appliances leads to Northerly pool deck with barbq and gas fire pit
Formal dining with cloakroom and bar leads to podium with 3.5meter projector screen
TV room
Spa and turf on roof with views in all directions.
Lower apartment. 4 bedrooms, master also has ensuite. Living room can be closed from kitchen/dining to provide privacy for single bed.
Everyone can access the pool and hot tub via elevator or stairs.
The Space:
Architecturally designed with Izzard design overlay and elevated outlook. Bespoke finishes. Designed to entertain providing multiple zones to recreate or relax. Privacy and acoustic achieve via commercial grade double glazing, solid core doors, insulation in internal walls, and block out blinds on all windows.
Guest Access:
The entire upper four levels of the building
The Neighborhood:
Around the corner from the entertainment strip of Ponsonby Road and Karangahape Road where the best choice of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and cafes reside. All within walking distance.
Full size Countdown supermarket around the corner open until 10pm 7 days.
One minute walk to Western Park the oldest park in Auckland offers a vigorous meandering walk through the 100 plus year old specimens.
Getting Around:
Car stacker on site with internal access plus parking on the adjacent lot .
Uber is usually one minute away with Lime scooters on most street corners.
Most amenities are walkable.
Other Things to Note:
