Nestled in the heart of Bandra West, located in the quaint old Portuguese village of Ranwar designated as Bandra HERITAGE VILLAGE ART DISTRICT, this place becomes your ideal abode for comfort, peace, tranquility and joy during your travel holidays or short/long term business trip.

▪️THE SPACE: A stylish, fully furnished, fully equipped Scandinavian style apartment with long wrap-around balconies in every room, decorated with exotic potted plants and flowering shrubs to give you a warning vibe and bring you a feeling of peace, tranquility and NIRVANA experience.

- NOTE: This two bedroom apartment is designed for a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 6-9 guests (extra comfortable mattresses are readily provided depending on the number of guests booked). So, if the accommodation is booked by you for ONLY 2 GUESTS, your access will be restricted to the use of one bedroom space and the second bedroom will remain inaccessible and restricted for your use, but in case you wish to use both bedrooms to book only 2 guests, then a minimum additional charge of ₹1,500 INR per day will have to be paid additionally.

▪️A stylish, sparsely furnished yet comfortable living room with plenty of headroom and warmth is your chill-out zone for a late night drink, doubling as your space to watch streaming media entertainment or simply put your feet up to relax and unwind.

The tastefully appointed living room is complemented by an additional second adjoining opem bedroom furnished with a large comfortable queen bed and a 9" deep ortho foam mattress to sink into for a restful night's sleep without noise.

▪️Bedroom 1: A private and secluded open plan bedroom forming part of the super spacious, comfortable and stylish living room, furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed adorning this room with a 10" deep memory foam mattress for you to lay down and rest after a long day of sightseeing, traveling, exploring or simply business meetings.

Both bedrooms share an adjoining luxurious bathroom with a truly spacious walk-in shower - all to make you feel like a king when you need to sit on your throne, shower and look beautiful.

▪️Bedroom 2: A spacious bedroom that accommodates a large King Size bed with a comfortable 9-inch mattress to cuddle and lull you to a deep sleep after a tiring day exploring and sightseeing in and around the city (please check my Guidebook) or after completing your work commitments for the day.

This room also has a wrap-around balcony decorated with garden potted plants with colorful flowering shrubs and Bougainville to give that extra ambiance of tranquility and joie de vivre!

Passenger access
This two-bedroom apartment is designed for a comfortable stay for a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 to 9 people (extra comfortable mattresses may be made available depending on the total number of travelers booked).

When you book this apartment for more than 2 people, you can use both the bedrooms as per the mentioned rate and the entire apartment is at your disposal.

But if you book the accommodation for a STAY OF 2 PERSONS ONLY, your access will be limited to the use of only one bedroom and the second bedroom will remain inaccessible and limited for your use. But if you wish to use both the bedrooms for a booking of only 2 people, an additional nominal charge of INR 1,599 per day will have to be paid additionally for the use of two separate bedrooms for only 2 people.
Other remarks
▪️This is a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 min and 6 to 9 people maximum as per the travelers' request and demand.

- If the accommodation is booked by you for ONLY 2 GUESTS, your access will be restricted to the use of only one space of one bedroom which is attached to the living room and the second separate bedroom will remain off limits and will be restricted to your use though no other secondary traveler sale booking will be taken for the second bedroom and you will not share the house with anyone else during your occupancy of the property even if it is booked for the use of only one bedroom by you.

- In case the travelers want to use both bedrooms for the booking of only 2 people, an additional nominal charge of ₹1599 INR per day will have to be paid additionally.

▪️Additional charges per additional guest after the first two (2) are INR ₹1599/- per night of stay/per guest. This applies to each additional guest after the first two (2) bookings made on the official Airbnb platform or privately upon direct request.

▪️Additional charges of INR ₹3300 for early check-in/late check-out up to 1-2 hours, subject to availability. Early check-in is only possible from 12 PM to 1 PM and late check-out is only possible up to 11 AM. Sooner or later beyond these fixed time limits, one night's rate will be full.

- Delayed check-out at any time beyond 10 AM without prior request will attract an additional penalty of ₹1,5,000 INR in addition to the standard late check-out fee of ₹3,000 INR up to the 1st hour from 10 AM and pro rata for each subsequent hour.

Luggage drop-off available at a nominal charge -
- Up to 2-3 hours wait @ INR ₹600/per hour.
- Overnight stay @ INR ₹1.5k per night/day.

Additional guest▪️ not allowed Entry into the apartment is considered a serious violation of Airbnb's house rules, even resulting in immediate eviction of all guests without complaint or right to a refund.

- Apart from, an uninformed and unauthorized overnight stay by additional unauthorized guests will incur a mandatory non-negotiable charge of INR 3,000 per unauthorized stay.

☑️ STRICTLY NO SMOKING
This entire apartment is strictly non-smoking. You may exit through the main entrance door of the apartment into the ground floor lobby/stairwell to smoke.

- Failure to comply with the NO SMOKING rule if discovered during the continued stay of the guest,This will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property with Airbnb involvement and a penalty.

- If the non-compliance of NO SMOKING RULE is discovered after the guest's check-out, the guest will be liable to pay a hefty penalty fee, including if the additional cleaning service, up to a total of INR ₹10,000/(₹10,000) by raising a grievance through Resolution Center application.

▪️In-house Washer/Dryer Service:
This is a paid laundry service available only for long-stay guests who stay for a week or more (maximum twice a week) @INR ₹800/- for each requested use of a full wash service (6 kg). The in-house laundry service is not accessible for self-use and will be exclusively operated only by the house support/help staff on a pre-fixed date and time upon prior request from the guest.

▪️Extra Cleaning Charge:
INR ₹800/- per cleaning service - mandatory for guests on alternate days for extended stay guests of more than 3 nights (minimum 2-3 times per week for longer stay guests).

▪️Booking the apartment for commercial photography/shooting purposes will be allowed for entertainment media shoots - advertisement, promotions, films and serials, documentaries, etc. on payment of EXTRA FEE of mutually discussed and agreed upon commercial charges starting from the minimum base charge of ₹10 per day on direct payment basis, after ensuring to pay to Airbnb the exact and correct number of total guests assured on the premises on each day of the booking.

▪️If the CONFIRMED booking/reservation is made after 10 AM on the same day of arrival, check-in will be possible only at least 2-3 hours after the regular check-in hours indicated online on this Airbnb web listing here for logistical adjustment of last-minute housekeeping/cleaning service requirements.

The additional charge▪️ per additional guest after the first four (4) is ₹2,499 per night per guest with all amenities at their disposal. Applicable to any other additional guests booked through the official Airbnb platform or privately upon direct request.

Laundry/ironing charges in▪️ open air (vendor) as per actual charges.

▪️In-house Laundry Service:
This is a paid laundry service available only for long-stay travelers of one week or more (maximum twice a week) @ INR 800/- for each requested usage of full usage (6 kg).The in-house laundry service will be operated exclusively by the home assistance staff at a pre-arranged date and time upon prior request from the traveler.

▪️Additional Cleaning Charge:
INR 800/- per cleaning service - mandatory every other day for long stay travelers of more than 3 nights (minimum 2-3 times per week for longer stay travelers).
