Refurbished authentic 2-bedroom flat that accommodates 6 guests. Comfortable and cozy apartment ideal for those seeking to enjoy Alicante\'s energy. You will enjoy being in the heart of the city where everything goes on while being 5\' away from the beach!
The space offers a blend of classic Spanish allure and modern comforts, inviting you to embrace a truly genuine Alicante old-town experience.
Second floor without lift. Rental cars and non-resident cars, cannot enter the old town.
Upon entering through the entrance door, you\'ll step into a spacious living room featuring a dining area and two French balconies with charming views of the old town. The kitchen is adjacent to this area, fully equipped with modern amenities ranging from a microwave to a washing machine, ensuring your convenience throughout your stay.
It is a priority for us to make sure our guests know exactly what to expect!
In this apartment, you will be able to enjoy the proximity to all of what is going on in Alicante. It is important to note that although the apartment is located on a particularly tranquil street, and has double windows, this neighbourhood is vibrant all year round, mainly during high season. This is also the reason why the bedrooms do not have windows, they are strategically located in the center of the apartment to reduce noise contamination.
The portable AC is located in the living room, the intention is for it to keep the apartment fresh yet the high ceilings and open spaces do not allow the space to get too cold.
If you are looking to stay in a central, super cozy, and lively area then this is the right choice! On the other hand, if you are looking for a quiet and luxurious stay this might not be the place for you :)
The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator.
ARRIVING BY CAR: Rental cars and non-resident cars, cannot enter the old town. Upon arrival you would have to park in the surrounding areas of the old town and walk to the apartment.
For longer stays exceeding 28 nights, we\'re happy to cover your water and WiFi expenses. As for electricity, we\'ve got it covered as well, with a cap of âŹ90. We\'ve set this limit to encourage responsible electricity consumption :)
We have golf equipment available for rent and we can arrange your appointment at the club if you want to play.
The personal use of common areas is not allowed. This means that leaving luggage, garbage bags, or any personal items in the building\'s common spaces is prohibited. It is also not allowed to play, rest, or inhabit these common areas; they are exclusively for transit. If guests provoke noise disturbance in the building or misuse common areas a fee of âŹ400 will be charged.
