Antigua Sailing Week was founded in 1967 and attracts hundreds of yachts every year. For those who wish to experience the magic for themselves, you can charter a sailboat for the day or arrange an excursion out on the water.
Nelson's Dockyard also offers adventure-seekers plenty of activities on dry land, including a number of fantastic trekking trails. Consider hiking to Shirley Heights, a restored military lookout with panoramic views, which happens to be one of the island’s most popular destinations.
