Holiday Villa with private pool in Stalos Chania Crete

The villa is a new, 4-bedroom villa with a spacious private pool, built in the seaside resort of Stalos, 2 km away from the sandy beach. This magnificent, 3-storey holiday villa with sea views is located 9 km west of the picturesque town of Chania.

INTERIOR
Its interior includes a modern, open-plan living room (with fireplace), dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On this floor, there is also an auxiliary room which can be used as a second living room or a library, and a WC which contains a laundry machine. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. A large balcony with astonishing views over the Stalos area and broader surroundings is accessible from both bedrooms on the first floor. Two more bedrooms with twin beds and a third bathroom are on the top floor.

All of the bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. In the living room, guests may make use of a Flat HD TV with satellite antenna and DVD player.

EXTERIOR
The exterior of the villa comprises two terraces with panoramic views over the village of Stalos, the sea and the surrounding area. The first porch (ceramic arbour roof), equipped with patio sitting set, is accessible from the living room on the ground floor. The second, larger porch, shaded again by a ceramic arbour roof, is reached by the hallway and can be used as an outdoor dining area.

Additionally, there is a barbecue facility and an outdoor dining area by the pool for those who would not miss the chance to prepare the most delicious, home-made meals for their beloved ones.

What is more, a spacious private pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers around offer the ideal setting for relaxation under the warm Cretan sun.

The villa is secured by a wall fence and a sliding door while plenty of parking space is available in the surrounding area.
