The house is perfect for families or 2-3 couples looking to stay in one location. It is in the Glenroy area, 15 minutes north of Melbourne, with a bus stop 5 minutes away for easy access to two railway lines.

The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and pullout double sofa bed in the lounge. There is WiFi and Netflix.

Parking is available in a fully enclosed garage and on the street.

The shops are within walking distance and Zoo and Airport are located about 15 minutes away.

The space
Ideally located, a short car ride to the Airport and the CBD is about 15 minutes. The Northern Golf Club is located within a 10 minute walk down the road.

The kitchen is equipped with appliances, oven, microwave and coffee pod machine. The dining table seats six and the living area features SmartTV and comfy sofas.

The main bathroom features separate shower and bath, toilet and vanity.

The bedrooms all feature a large Queen bed and Wardrobe.

We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. There is a double sofa bed.
