Perched high on the Pacific side of the exclusive Pedregal development, Casa Cascadas is a beautiful home that boasts spectacular, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. Combining luxury and comfort, this villa creates the perfect setting for the ultimate tropical vacation getaway.

Loaded with amenities, Casa Cascadas is beautifully decorated inside and out. Warm colors and bright textiles adorn spaces throughout the villa. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen allows guests to prepare their favorite meals while indoor and outdoor dining areas offer ample space and beautiful views. Comfortable living room furnishings encourage relaxation and provide the ideal spot for taking in a movie on the large screen television. Four bedrooms, each with a private bath, branch off throughout the home and offer guests the ultimate in privacy and comfort.

Outside, large terraces overlook the sparkling infinity pool, hot tub and azure sea below. A journey up to the rooftop terrace and palapa provides a wonderful spot to take a siesta, do some whale watching, or glory in the vast amount of twinkling stars at night. A fire pit adds to the ambiance of the space.

The first level has two large private master suites with outdoor covered seating and open views of the ocean. Walk a few stairs up to enjoy the Cabo sun on the main level patio complete with water falls, sitting pool, hot tub and dipping pool. The patio has an outdoor kitchen with outdoor dining space. Inside the main level, you will find an open living and kitchen area which faces the pool. On one end of the room, there is a large flat screen tv, and stereo, along with plenty of sitting space to relax indoors. On the other end is a laundry room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area in front of a large bay window. Walk a few more stairs to find two more large private master suites complete with covered seated areas, hanging hammocks for napping and enjoying the views and more sunny seating. There is a loft in between the master suites upstairs with a large day bed and gaming area.

The top level has vast spaces with more ample views and seating, a gas fire pit and king size day bed under shady palapa. This is also a great spot for stargazing and watching the sun rise and set over the ocean!
