Located in a family friendly neighborhood featuring a community pool (the entry is just outside your door), and a private soundside beach...a great spot to swim when the Gulf is too rough for the kids! This home is only an 8 minute walk to the Gulf.

Never rented, Sound Sunsets comfortably sleeps your group of 9. The open concept floor plan features everything on one floor and NO carpeting. Light, bright and airy, you have beautiful unobstructed Sound views upon entering. Everything is brand new in this house!

Gather in the great room and watch the large flat screen TV, play a game, read a book or just relax on the comfy furniture. (The couch is a queen-sized sleeper).
Open up the french door and have your happy hour(s!) and supper out on the large waterview deck while catching an amazing sunset that Navarre Beach is known for.
Make a meal or a snack in the open kitchen featuring SS appliances, tile countertops and plenty of cabinet space.

The King-sized primary bedroom has an en suite bath with jetted tub and walk in shower. Have your morning coffee on the private deck before starting your beach day. On the other side of the house is another king-sized bedroom, as well as the third bedroom. This room has a set of bunks with a twin upper and trundle lower, sleeping 3 total. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with large walk-in shower as well as a private deck that runs the length of the front of the house.

There is garage parking for 2 cars and 2 additional in the driveway. A propane grill is available for your use and there is an outdoor hot/cold shower for rinsing off after a long beach day

Your small pup (2 max) is welcome to join you on your get-away with owner's permission. There is a $200 per pup fee.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.

Smoking is not allowed inside the home. No events are permitted, the minimum age to rent is 25 and the stated occupancy is strictly adhered to.
