Salty Mermaid is a newly remodeled home located in the heart of Surfside Beach. Beautifully decorated in beach inspired décor, this 3-level home is located just 300 feet from the beach and offers accommodations for 18 guests.

Salty Mermaid boasts a large main floor living area open to the kitchen. The spacious, updated kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, granite counters and offers plenty of counterspace for delicious home-cooked meals. A separate enclosed dining area is not only the ideal space for family meals but can double as an office for those on a working vacation.

The third level can accommodate an entire family. It features a spacious bedroom with a king bed, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom. This level also features a private room with a sofa queen bed, fireplace and kitchenette. Enjoy the ocean views from the covered balcony - a relaxing place to have morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

You will find the perfect outside entertainment space featuring a private pool with pavers and a charming narrow picket fence. Plenty of seating makes it ideal for sunbathing and grilling fresh seafood straight from the coast.

Don’t forget about your four-legged friends! This vacation rental is pet-friendly and allows up to two dogs per stay.

PROXIMITY TO BEACH
There is beach access at the end of the street, only about 300 ft. from the home.

PRIVATE POOL + SPA
Pool + spa can ONLY be heated from April 1st - May 31st and September 1st - October 31st for an additional fee, see below. During this period, pools cannot be heated when temperatures drop below 60 degrees, even at night. No exceptions.

PETS
This is a pet friendly home and accommodates a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. Dogs must be at least 1-year old and not weighing more than 35lbs. A $350 + tax non-refundable fee per dog is required at time of reservation. No more than two dogs will be approved per reservation and quantity must be entered at the time of booking. Violators will be handled at the owner's discretion.
