This beautiful and modern apartment has a total area of 184 m2, capacity for 7 people, and is located on the 5th floor of the Beach Vista Tower 2. The apartment has three bedrooms plus a maid's room with a single-bed. All three bedrooms are naturally well-lit and have comfortable king-size beds dressed with fresh linens.
The rest of the apartment is simply beautiful; the living room is large and luminous and is decorated in light tones, giving a zen relaxing feeling. It has a large sofa, a dining area, smart tv 65’’ with streaming services like Netflix, WIFI and AC, and not to mention the incredible beach views!
In the flat, you’d find all the kitchen amenities in the modernly designed kitchen, among which are the fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, etc. Breakfast at this apartment would have a special taste, as you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or sandwich on the marbled breakfast bar. In addition, the apartment has 3 bathrooms in total, 2 of them with bathtub and one with toilet, all equipped with hand soap, shampoo, gel, towels, and hair dryer. Beach Vista is a premium and brand-new complex recently developed by the world-renowned Emaar Properties in Dubai Harbour, and was inaugurated in 2022 to welcome tourists from around the world. The complex comprises a 33-storey tower and a 26-storey tower, connected by a six-level podium.

You can also easily access the location from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street or via the monorail system linking to Dubai Metro. Moreover, the development is situated in very close proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road, ensuring a no-fuss commute to the other areas of Dubai. Besides the monorail, Beach Vista boasts great connectivity to buses, the tram and metro stations, all accessible within 15 minutes by car. These stations include Marina Towers1 Bus Station, Mina Seyahi Tram Station and Al Khail Metro Station.
