The property has had over half a million put into it. We did not just upgrade the property to the latest technologies, as state of the ART upgrades were put into the property and massive artistic upgrades were added. The property has an unbelievable collection of Artistic depth from East, West, and other World regions, and we have lovely antiques, China, and decorations throughout that will have a literal tranquil affect on mind. We have grown our business from the grass roots while my husband and I have planted thousands of Fruit trees and rows of trees for natural fences at properties. We rebuild and manage our properties with a timeless approach. We believe in and utilize the latest and best technologies such as jacuzzi tubs, state of the art heating and cooling systems, the best possible Egyptian cotton bed sheets and the latest and best WIFI and cooking technologies. In doing this we are very mindful of the history of a house and we maintain many SUPERIOR and more expensive features of old. For instance the Slate floors in Kitchen, sunroom, and hallway cost many times what a normal new floors costs, but these older floors are superior, timeless, more beautiful and last much longer. The stove top and built in stoves were put into antique brickwork that we put together in kitchen at massive expense. We believe in the best from the old and new. We also are firm believers in using the latest technologies of communications, but we never respond by cumbersome and inefficient emails and are available 24/7 by phone. We will respond to any questions 24/7. We also have outdoors in mind with several picnic tables, propane grillers, charcoal, and wood smokers!! We have done everything possible to make your stay as memorable as possible!!
