Unit is clean, bright, and remodeled with quartz countertops, vaulted ceilings, open kitchen with peninsula, quaint dining area plus counter bar stools, modern pretty decor, king bed in master with large dresser and walk-in closet, pretty stone electric fireplace, washer and dryer in unit, spacious bath, sliding doors to private deck with marsh views, outside storage closet.

I grew up and lived most of my life in Minnesota. I purchased a vacation condo here in Hilton Head in 2013 after vacationing here for the first time. I decided that this is where I eventually wanted to live full-time. After having my daughter, Brynn in 2017, we ran out of space at our condo, so we purchased a single family home in North Forest Beach for us and our 2 littles fur-babies. We have recently added several properties to rent out which allows others to fall in love with this beautiful island as well!
