The apartment is of some 50m2 on the ground floor. With a terrace from where one could see the car parked in a private carpark of the building. Must be a great thing to breakfast in the terrace while is sunny and dry.
This is a very well equipped, clean and presented apartment. Strong wifi signal . Quiet and yet close to supermarket and other amenities. Ideal location to visit the city. And the host is very good on keeping in touch with her coming guests. However, there are three aspects that need some consideration for this place to reach its excellence.
1. By having a password of 30 signals between characters and numbers one not only waste time but looses patient, specially if one have more than one device to work with. Thus the host should request a knowledgable person to change the wifi password to something much shorter and more convenient.
2. There was a very poor welcoming kit: just a few lumps of sugar, two or three bags of tea, a small bottle of olive oil and salt. A welcoming kit in the kitchen is becoming a common practice in a self catering system. That makes guests feel straight away at home, gives respect and good points to the host. Besides, it makes guest feel more tolerant towards any other fault in the self catering. A welcoming kit is a start up. Thus without producing breakfasts or a week meal supplies, hosts are now days presenting good welcoming kitchen kit: some sugar, coffee, teas of different types, milk, cereal, fresh milk, jam, bread enough for a day or two. Then: salt, pepper, condiments, olive oil. Some hosts go ahead in adding yogurts, fruit juices, fresh fruits and some even produce a bottle of wine. And if they offer a washing machine or dish washers they present enough washing liquid too. So a guest that come for a day or two from a long journey does not need to buy a large container of washing liquid, or dish washer material, neither a kilo of sugar, or a large box of salt, a liter of oil and so on. Many guests do leave some of theirs supplies too and that may be welcomed by the following guests.
3. Bed site table lights are not substitute to central light. So there is a lot difficulty for one to prepare one self in an almost dark bedroom at the top.
I recommend this place as it is a safe place, is well equipped, has private parking and is so near to the center of the city. However requesting 400 euro as a deposit towards any damage is not believe that self catering guests are not civilized, decent people.
