Do not recommend, read carefully before booking

I have been a hotels.com customer for around 10 years and this is the first time I have felt cheated in the form of value and quality of the location. Positives and negatives of this stay are described below 1. Beware that you will receive information from the host on paying a deposit prior to arriving (not stated in the terms I read on hotels.com) and how to gain entry to the location. I changed email address between booking and arriving and unfortunately, the booking company only got the old email. 2. The apartments are dark and NOTHING like the pictures on hotels.com. Street lights are absent around the complex and I usually don't feel unsafe but in this area I did. The taxi driver and I could not find the house numbers on arrival a dark evening. There is a little under a mile to the nearest Safeway and that is not a pleasant or safe walk so I would recommend this apartment to people with a car. 3. The apartment is clean and the couch and beds are comfortable and the necessary equipment is present in the kitchen. 4. I stayed in number 3 which is a ground floor apartment and even though the person above me was not wearing shoes inside it was incredibly noisy when they walked around upstairs as was their use of showers etc. 5. There is a short 15min walk to downtown and the convention center which is definitely a plus for the location. There are several decent food options within walking distance. 6. The host is quite rude in communication around complaints.

Overall, disappointing. Good communication prior to arrival including door code and walk to the convention centre was reasonable. Property was as expected; however, there was a very strong floral scent upon arrival which gave me a headache, ran out of toilet paper, and towels were stained. There were also a few unit maintenance items that I was advised of that would occur during my stay, which I was able to decline, but wish could have just been scheduled will the unit wasn’t occupied.

I liked that it was within walking distance of a lot of things. Good resturants in the area and things to do. The apartment we had was nothing like the picture shown. It was dark and the furniture looked and felt like it was left over from a yard sale. A two seater couch that you had to put the pillows on to sit and a single sort of chair that was l shaped. The kitchen table was about a foot wide and turned and two saddle like seats. The bed was comfortable and ac units worked well. Television worked well and had Netflix and other stations to choose from. Bathroom was small but efficient and came with body wash and shampoo. Appliance all worked and were fine.

One bedroomed condo a 10 minute walk from the convention centre. All the necessary fixtures an fittings. Well stocked kitchen area. Great communication from owners.

These are small duplexes apartments downtown Phoenix area about 3 miles from 10fwy. It has a long dirt driveway. I would recommend better out door lighting. The apartment was cute and very clean. However the bed and couches were not comfortable at all it was dorm room feeling furnishings which was disappointing since we traveled long distance and was expecting a comfy bed. Also, we did have some trouble with the electric door lock, it seems as though the door was old and got stuck and the door knob was loose as if the people before us had the same issue. Other than the furniture and door everything everything else was good.

This is a remodeled apartment with odds and ends slapped together. Inside was relatively clean but the outside was awful. Tons of weeds and rickety stairs were unsafe. The steps at the door did not leave room for the door to open. The only option on the TV was Netflix.

Great location, great rooms

This was an amazing place to stay. Very walkable to local restaurants, Chase Field, and Talking Stick Resort Arena. There is tons of space inside, with the two bedrooms, two full baths, and a kitchen and living room area. Wi-fi worked well. The space was clean and well-kept and the bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out process was easy. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to explore downtown Phoenix.

The property is old both inside and out. There are stairs to go up into the room which is not mentioned in brochure, and the area was questionable.

Decent, quiet stay

Decent little apartment, old and a little run down. Some areas not as clean (i.e. wall AC unit very dirty). Immediate area not that great or well lit, but it is just a 15 minute walk to the convention center. It was generally quieter than staying at a hotel, except for when the landscapers came. There was coffee provided, but as someone who can't have caffeine, I would have appreciated some herbal tea options.

Location was nice- on the edge of the campus and walking distance to convention center. Unfortunately no screens in windows and property was very stuffy from air conditioning being turned off. Does not match photo.

Todo está bien, sólo que no se encontró contenedor para basura en el exterior, de tal manera que tuve que ir a el circle k, al contenedor que se encuentra en esa tienda de autoservicio a tirar nuestra basura diaria... todo lo demás estuvo bien... Gracias!!

Disgusting property throughout. Avoid at all cost

Utterly disgusting property. Upon arrival we noticed a distinct smell of rotting meat. We soon found the culprit causing some of the smell. Within the fridge/freezer there was an overwhelming smell of rotten fish and baking soda left behind to presumably try to remove the smell. Two hornets were residing in the property due to the window being left open upon our arrival. No dishwasher or oven as advertised and the property did not look anything like the pictures. The property was dark and a damp smell throughout. I moved to the Sheraton grand around the corner to protect my health. Hotels have advised the manager is unwilling to provide a refund however as I paid by credit card I will be claiming back the money via section 75 and have evidence to support my claim.

Great price and location

Great cost. Apartment is not luxurious but it is very clean and well equipment. Good location, close to baseball stadium and downtown. Only negative thing I'd say (if should be considered a negative) is that for internet purchases, there isnt anyone to receive...I didnt try to ask them to let packages on the door but hey, there is Amazon locker now

The location was ideal for access to the convention center and for food and restaurants. Great value and service for te cost. The property managers were extremely helpful and courteous.

The apartments were a good location, close to everything. Very clean and nice looking. The beds were a little hard, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Very cute place and with the exception of the slickness of the bathtub a great place to stay. Close to stadium, nice kitchen, clean. We hope to stay again on future trips to PHX.
