The Space:
You will feel a sense of warmth as soon as you step inside. With a neutral color palette and few touches of gold & blue, you can easily feel the sophistication the interior exudes.

A comfy & spacious beige couch (can be transformed into a sofa bed - sleeps 1) paired with soft blue velvet cushions will be the best companion if you want to lie back and relax after a long tiring day. There is also an HD TV so you won't miss anything with your favorite show. It is positioned over a striking paneled console. A square-shaped smart coffee table, soft carpet, and accentuating decors complete the space for that ultimate relaxation in the space.

The dining area has a round glass table paired with four upholstered dining chairs that are comfortable to sit on. Adjacent to it, is the fully-equipped kitchen that has all the appliances that you need for cooking with a stove, microwave oven, cookware, dishes and silverware, and others.

Walk your way to the bedroom and adore the unique furnishing. It comes with a dreamy king-size bed where you want to snuggle up all day or watch TV while resting. The bed is fitted with hotel-quality linen, mattress, and pillows for your overall comfort. The bedroom's decor is completed by an armchair, a vanity area that may be used as a workspace, and bedside tables with lamps on both sides.

The en suite bathroom has fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion and there's also a powder room.

Guests have full access to the pool and gym. Parking is on request.

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is an emerging area of Dubai. This family-oriented community is a breath of fresh air from the busyness that is apparent in Dubai. The tranquility that you will find in this place will satisfy your need to relax while not being far from the necessities that you need for everyday life.

Within the JVC community, you can find a mall, parks, sports fields, schools, and mosques, which ensure that you can enjoy your stay but not be deprived of your needs and even pleasure. There are a lot more to find in JVC but still, the serenity is ever-present as you lounge in your home or walk around the parks and play in the sports fields.

This is indeed a pleasant way to spend your vacation away from your home but still feel like you are in the comfort of a beautiful house.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus J01 goes to the Mall of the Emirates metro station, which is adjacent to the famous mall that has the same name.

Many things are accessible (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.) because Circle Mall is just a 5-minute drive. Mall of the Emirates is only 15 minutes away by car. The Beach in JBR is a 20-minute drive.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).
