From our arrival at the gated Watersong resort & entering the villa it was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. When we entered the villa is was so bright & spacious, with soft furniture & a dining table. Then when we walked through to the open planned kitchen & huge family room it took my breath away, it was definitely a WOW factor moment. The pool/spa & barbecue area we’re amazing too. We spent everyday between parks & shopping outside. We enjoyed watching the cranes & squirrels & listening to the wildlife at night. My husband & son enjoyed the games room, they are both very competitive, they even bought a trophy, lol. The bedrooms were perfect too. I loved the fact that you have a utility room, as I hate the fact of returning from holiday with suitcases of dirty washing. Simon & Joy have an absolutely amazing well equipped villa with everything you need, it really is home from home (well I mean equipped, It certainly is not like my home). We all loved the villa & didnt want to leave. It is near Disney & Disney Springs which has lots of shops/bars & restaurants, my son & his girlfriend got an Uber from Disney Springs and it cost under $20.

First impression was not great!!!
We picked this villa on previous reviews stating how clean it was, sadly this was not the case!!! The carpets were monstrously filthy!! Not our words but the carpet cleaners. There were so many things we were not happy about which was a pity and we tried to contact the local agent to complain about them. When we had no reply we contacted the owners in England to be told they had changed. We should of been informed of this prior to our stay. Some things were rectified after we reported them but not everything. We enjoyed our holiday in spite of the villa not because of it!!!!
We are so sorry and have said so many times to the guest. This is not the first impression that anyone should encounter.
Unfortunately our previous property manager was poorly and at very short notice we were able to find a replacement.
As soon as the guest contacted me I responded immediately and the new property manager contacted the guest.
I had been assured that the property was in good shape by our previous manager and had paid for the carpets to be cleaned but unfortunately this obviously hadn’t happened.
We are so disappointed too. We pride ourselves on the standard of the home hence all the excellent reviews. I’m unaware of issues that weren’t addressed as the guest didn’t communicate with me again during their stay or after.
Our new management company come highly recommended and I can assure future guests that the villa is back to the standard which should be expected by all guests, and all I can do is apologise profusely
The house was as good as it looks on pictures recommend. Me and a few friends stay over in February 2018 and everything was working perfect.
Great location, nice house, could use some repairs
The house was great for a party of 9. It was clean, close to shopping and the theme parks. The security at the gate was excellent and the community amenities were nice for some down time. The game room was worse for the wear...could not really use the pool table or dart board because all the equipment was broken and one of the shower doors almost flew off the track and shattered on my 4 year old. The pool cover also needs replacing as it is falling apart.
With a little attention and tlc, this house could easily be a prime spot.
We are really sorry that Theresa felt this way after so many excellent reviews, however, as I pointed out, if they had contacted me or our Management Company, we would have arranged immediate replacement of the darts and pool cue tips.
We are extremely sorry about the shower door. Unfortunately not all guests totally respect our home, and someone must have broken the shower door and not reported it. We have given it our immediate attention and cant apologise enough.
We want all our guest to experience a 5* vacation and we are sorry this wasn't the case with Theresa and her family
Beautiful home in lovely development
This is a fantastic home that is even better than the photos show. It is very spacious but is also homely and comfortable for a couple like us. The pool being heated is a huge bonus and means it can be used all the time. An important aspect for us is how much sun the pool area gets and when we were there in november it was possible to get unobstructed sun from 09.30 through till late afternoon. After that there is a lovely seating area at the front of the house which gets the evening sunshine. The house is very clean and the management agent was there to clean the pool every week. It is very well located for access to restaurants and shops which were a short drive away. We are already looking forward to going again next year!
This is the best and most luxurious property, everything about it is perfect! from the moment you step through the door it's beautiful and the pool is brilliant with the warmest hot tub I've used, our family didn't want to leave and we wouldn't stay anywhere else if we visit Florida again.

• If the reservation is cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival, the full rental will be forfeited.Cancellation before that date will only incur a loss of the deposit • A refundable security deposit equivalent to £300/$500 is payable to the owner prior to the booking taking place & held until the completed clean following your stay. You accept that if any damage is found following your departure you authorise us to withhold the security deposit. This would not be without prior discussion with you • The villa is available from strictly 4.00pm on the day of arrival, & departure is strictly 10.00am unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in writing by the owner. • The house & pool & spa will be cleaned, prepared &inspected ahead of your arrival. All bed linen & towels (including pool towels) are provided. • The cost of rental includes a standard departure clean, however if the property is left in a condition that requires more than a standard clean, this will be deducted from the security deposit. Standard cleaning includes laundry, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming & floor cleaning and dusting. The kitchen should be left tidy with dirty pots in the dishwasher & the oven & hob clean • The BBQ is provided for the enjoyment of all Guests, therefore it is the responsibility of guests to clean it prior to their departure. Unfortunately, if the BBQ is not left as clean as it was on arrival a $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. You are responsible for the provision of your own gas • This is strictly a NO SMOKING & NO PETS home. Please respect this requirement. If you do wish to smoke or bring your pets, we would ask you to seek alternative accommodation • The front door is operated by a coded keypad. The number & directions will be given to you once the final balance payment is paid • There are no additional charges or hidden costs. WiFi internet connection is provided, along with free International and National Calls (apart from to mobiles)
