We had a great experience. I loved the creek on the property and so did the kids. There was plenty of room throughout the cabin for the 13 of us. The only thing that didn’t work was the hot tub and pool room area was a little tight to be able to play a good game. Other than that we had a great experience. We will be returning!

Twin Creeks Log Cabin
This log cabin built almost 100 yrs ago in Smoky Mtn Nat'l park is amazing. It was dismantled and put back together outside of the park. It has some modern day upgrades of course.
My family really enjoyed this cabin.
Our only wishes were that it was more secluded, that would have Wereally helped our enjoyment.
Things were enjoyable until the day before we left and a group of people seemed to be partying across the creek from us. It was fairly loud most of the day into the evening.
We had a problem with the hot tub which took almost an entire day to resolve. I had to call about this issue four different times. Once the rep arrived he was able to identify the problem and get us up and going.
We have been using this particular company for 18 years. A few years ago when they were absorbed by another company is when the quality started to deteriorate and additional fees increased.
Charles, thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share. We appreciate you sharing the history and uniqueness of Twin Creeks. We are sincerely sorry that you had to deal with noisy neighbors, and an issue with the hot tub. Again, thank you for sharing. We hope you will stay with us again on your next trip to the Smokies.
Pictures were misleading and poorly kept property.
Pictures were not an accurate representation of the condition of the property. Terrible
Smoky smell and leaks in the roof in the living room. Loose and broken tiles throughout the first floor were dangerous. Overall property was dirty and not the well kept.
Lorri, thank you for staying with us in a cabin built by hand in 1937 with a frame of hand-peeled log posts, beams, and tongue-and-groove planks. Your input, as well as all our guest feedback is vitally important as we want all guests expectations to be met upon arrival. We sincerely apologize for falling extremely short of expectations. We are sorry there was a leak that happened during unusually high rain. An assessment of the roof has been done and repairs made. We are working with housekeeping on cleaning issues. We appreciate you letting us know about loose tile and they will be checked and repaired. Again, thank you for taking the time to share. We hope you will stay with us again, giving us the opportunity to exceed expectations.
This house was disgusting, a DIRTY DIAPER was left behind, spider webs LITERALLY ON EVERY CORNER. IF I COULD POST PICTURES HERE I WOULD. The bedspreads we never used were dirty and disgusting, there was dust on everything in the house. The pillows were stained yellow, the door knobs were broken. The house does not comfortably fit the amount of people it claims. The downstairs bathroom shower is so small you shower with your back against a wall. The rugs were all filthy and all dishes as well. Never again!!!!!. Do not go here!!!!! None of the doors lock either!!!! Everything is filthy.
Maria, thank you for taking the time to review our property. Your input, and all our guest feed back are vitally important to us as we want all guests expectations to be met upon arrival. We apologize to you for falling short of your expectations. Your comments have been passed along to the owner as well as housekeeping. Again, thank you for your comments.
Cabin was not represented accurately in pictures. Was very dark, did not smell good. In large bath found shower handle laying on seat; stove only had 2 working burners, smallest of course. Main bath had micro size shower! Very cramped! Pictures looked secluded but definitely is not and neighborhood seemed rundown. Reported problems of shower and stove on arrival but no response till next day and were told may be 430 before could expect serviceman. We just refused and got pliers for shower, made do with stove. Could be so nice if few thousand dollars spent to spruce up and have working baths and appliances. Will not return!!
Thank you Vicki for taking the time to review Twin Creeks, a unique cabin built in 1937. It is our goal to meet guest expectations upon arrival. We apologize for falling short on your expectation. We thank you for bringing to our attention some maintenance issues. We want you to know that all of the maintenance issues you brought to our attention have been fixed. Again, thank you for sharing and for helping us to continue to improve.
Very very old.
First off the cabin was nearly impossible to find. The address numerical were hidden. The cabin is pretty but the entire outside could use some cleaning up. There were fallen leaves and limbs everywhere. The small front porch needs some work. The back deck had several picnic tables with cobwebs, leaves and just not very clean. The larger river was nice to have the kids plan in. The hot tub was also nice and warm. For the place to sleep 14, and only have two showers was somewhat inconvient. All the windows have "curtains", but you can see through every one of them. The inside was clean and kept up. We did enjoy our stay.
Thank you Anna for taking time to review Twin Creeks. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay in the Great Smoky Mountains. We look forward to having you stay with us on your next trip to our area.
