Every inquiry that I made was responded to promptly. When I completed the initial experience survey and mentioned that it woukd be nice to have a toaster, we returned that night to a brand new toaster sitting inside the door!
The kids enjoyed the hot tub. The next visit I hope we spend more time in the cabin, as we were busy with activities and didnt get to enjoy it as much as I wanted.

Overall we loved the stay and the cabin was beautiful! The coffee pot did not work however and the downstairs tub stopper did not work. Could have used a few more towels and at least two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We loved it otherwise! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
Cabin as described and great for two couples. Road and driveway to cabin is steep and curvy but surrounding areas make for beautiful rides. Neighboring cabin is very close but their activity is on the backside so it really wasn't an issue. Responses to our questions in the weeks prior to our arrival were not received in a timely manner. All in all it was a nice get away and a beautiful cabin.

Not going back
When we got their the lock didn't work and the hot tub combination was locked also and had to call about that. We found a brown recuse spider in the tube and we left after 3 days. Won't go back.

We apologize that there were issues with the code for your keyless entry. We take great stride to insure this doesn’t happen but, unfortunately computer programming sometimes fails. For safety reasons we do lock the hot tubs. We are glad our 24/7 on call service department was able to assist you with the lock. We want you to know that our property is sprayed on a monthly basis for pest control and we will retreat for spiders promptly. If alerted during your stay, we would have sent pest control out immediately. Again, thank you for sharing. We hope you will stay with us again, giving us the opportunity to exceed all expectations.
