we had a great time
The light in the laundry room was broke, the light bulb in the downstairs bedroom went out. I would think whomever cleans the cabin would check these items.
Close to town, but not too close
Wanted a quiet place, got exactly what I was looking for. Short 10-15 min drive into Gatlinburg. Perfectly placed between outdoor/adventure activities and town. Only reason for 4 star rating was that the clothes dryer was not working (easily remedied by hanging them outside)

You definitely can't beat the location and the proximity to everything you will ever need for a successful retreat. We do however apologize for the dryer. Incidental: plugs on front wall do not work also in bathroom. Occasional noise in fireplace that may be birds or critters 🙂

Cabin was not well lit inside
They have a grill, but no grilling tools. Hot tub overflowed, very little hot water, dvd player in family room didnt work. Called 2 times for service, was not able to enter cabin when we arrived, had to use key, was told we would be called back with code and were not called never did get code for door, had to carry key around when in town. Would not recommend to other travelers
