A lovely villa and location but in need off updating
Great location and in a lovely area but pool and villa in need off updating the villa is very basic with very little shade from the afternoon sun there are no sun umbrellas?
The owner is very helpful with booking and information and directions but I think is seriously let down by his management team who did not action anything that was asked for and pool was not cleaned the week we were there!
I think with the correct maintenance this could be an amazing place!
Lovely spacious, well maintained, villa
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, spacious villa. Both the villa and the pool are clean and well maintained. The villa is amply equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to towels and bedding. The one negative was that the fridge-freezer wasn't the best; we'd been told it would take a while to get really cold but in 10 days it didn't ever get as cold as our home fridge.
The villa is in a good situation, in a quiet area but not too far from the strip at Coral Bay where there are many lovely restaurants and bars. It's also easy to get to Saint George's beach and the further beaches out towards Lara Bay; we saw some amazing sunsets there. It's also only about 30 minutes to drive up to Polis, through some beautiful countryside and there are some lovely beachside restaurants along by the harbour.
Our favourite restaurant in Peyia was Oniros by the Sea - you can't book a table but you can have a drink/cocktail whilst waiting, sitting by the beach. The food is amazing and the staff very friendly.
Overall a really good place to stay, it suited our needs well and we hope to be back again before too long.
Thank you for your positive and informative review.
I take on board your comments about the Fridge Freezer and it will be either be repaired or replaced when I come out to do my bi-annual inspection the first week of September 2018.
Your comments about the area and restaurants are very welcome.
Lovely Villa in a very quiet location
We arrived late at night, but the villa was very easy to find in the dark with the directions Derek provided. Linda popped in the first day to make sure everything was ok and gave us a few tips on where to go for the beach, shops and where to eat. The villa is very clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 6 of us. We had trouble getting the internet TV to work initially, but Derek resolved this really quickly, which unfortunately meant we had to endure my sister-in-law watching 'Love Island' most nights :(
The villa has all the appliances you would need, but the one thing that needs attention really is the American style fridge freezer, as unfortunately neither the fridge or freezer was cold enough to keep the food/drinks cold or freeze the ice lollies we had bought.
Peyia is a lovely quiet area and only a 5 minute drive to the beach, we preferred Coralia beach to Coral Bay as it was split across various levels and the sunbeds are nice and spaced apart giving you plenty of room. Plus there was somewhere to get food, drink and lollies.
There are plenty of places to eat nearby and can highly recommend the 21" Chicken Kebab at Seriani Restaurant. Most nights we drove into the Tomb of the Kings, which is only about 15 minutes away in the car and enjoyed great food at Fat Mamma's and O'Neils. Followed by a drive to the harbour for ice creams all round!
A very bright and spacious villa with everything you could need. A proper home from home
The villa was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you could need. It is situated in a nice quiet cul-de-sac so no through traffic. A hire car is as advised as the area is very hilly. I would certainly recommend the villa to friends and family

Lovely ,clean and peaceful villa
We have just returned from a weeks stay in this villa.
From the outside the villa looks a little weather worn , to be expected with the Cyprus climate, however once inside the villa it was spotlessly clean.
The rooms were light and airy with everything as described in the overview.
The American style fridge freezer was a blessing, as was the large smart screen tv , with sky package as well.
Having stayed in villas around Cyprus for the last ten years or so, this villa was as well equipped , if not better, than most.
I must say that the swimming pool definitely was the cleanest we have ever had.
The villa is situated in a quiet part of Peyia so a car is necessary as everything is up or down hill.
The owners were very easy to contact and from the outset every thing was explained and e-mailed to us.
We wil be recommending this property to our friends and family, and would hope to return again soon.
Thanks to Derek ,the owner , for a wonderful week.
Thank you for your informative and positive review. I've noted your comments on the outside of the villa being a little weather worn and I've added this to my maintenance schedule for later this year, it will be re plastered where necessary and painted. I'll pass on your kind comments on the villa's cleanliness to Linda she'll be very pleased and to Reno about the pool being in tip top condition.
You are most welcome to come and stay again anytime.
The Villa will be ready to move in from 3pm on your first day. The Villa needs to be vacated by 11am on your last day.
