Please treat the townhouse and furnishings within it with respect and be thoughtful of the neighbors. Below are a few important rules. Beyond that, please make yourself at home. * The home is furnished to comfortably accommodate a small group of adults or a small family. Please no more than 4 adults spending the night or a combination of 2-3 adults & 2-3 children. Out of consideration to the neighbors I choose not to host larger groups. * This not a party or event location. You are welcome to have a few non-resident visitors over for lunch, dinner, or a BBQ, but please no gatherings larger than 8-10 total. * If you will be arriving late at night, please try to be quiet when entering, carrying your luggage upstairs and getting settled. Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 11 am There is some flexibility on this is no one has booked the night before or after your stay. Feel free to request an early arrival or late departure and I'll let you know if it is possible. Upon Check-Out: * Please place all trash in the white trash can in the kitchen or in the large brown trash bin outside. There is also a recycling bin outside. * Please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. * Please set the air conditioner on 80 when you leave. * Please check that all windows and doors are closed and locked.

Clean, tastefully decorated and close to freeways. Initially a little concerned as the property is on the edge of an industrial park, but it was a nice street and quiet at nite. We also were not given the correct code to enter so had to wait 1 1/2 hours to hear from the owner. She was very apologetic and is waving our first nite, so all is forgiven . We didn’t really hang out at the property except to sleep, but it looks well stocked and well thought out with necessary amenities and then some. The hard, flat pillows were a bummer, but the bed was comfortable otherwise. We picked this property because it was close to relatives and it worked well for us. We would rent it again if available.

Perfect, clean and close to everything!
The townhome was in a pretty area near a river and park with great walking paths. We loved how quiet it was at night. No street traffic or any other noises. This place is very well kept and clean! The house is located close to the highway and is a great central place to get to everything. The owner, Diane, is very sweet and responds quickly. She was quick to help us when we had to make a last minute adjustment to our reservation due to being evacuated for a hurricane. We will be staying here again every time we come back!
The townhome is perfect!
There is plenty of space for my wife, our two boys, and myself. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to save money by preparing our own meals instead of eating out all the time. Diane even provides an electric grill that worked perfectly to grill some steaks. It is immaculately clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. The townhome is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything we wanted to do was within 30 minutes from the place and most were 20 minutes away; the Zoo, the Muny, the Planetarium, the City Museum, the Missouri State History Museum, Ted Drew’s, a water park. Our entire trip right there! Diane is a pleasure to work with and communicates promptly. Thank you Diane!
Le quartier est très calme et paisible. Environ 1/2 un bloc se trouve à Riverside Golf Course et est le City Park Fenton, qui offre une aire de jeux, à 1. 5 mile de marche / chemin de roulement, des terrains de basket et des terrains de soccer et de baseball à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons.
Accès attractions de la région est rapide et facile, car la maison est située à quelques minutes de l'intersection des autoroutes 270 et 44. Autoroute 44 est largement considéré comme l'artère moins congestionnée dans St. Louis, avec Forest Park, St. Louis Zoo, le Missouri Botanical Garden, le Centre des sciences et de nombreuses autres attractions sont à seulement 15 minutes à l'est. Downtown, Busch Stadium et la Gateway Arch sont à seulement 5 minutes plus long. Et à l'ouest à environ 20 minutes est Six Flags Over Mid-America, grand parc d'attractions de la région. Saint Louis propose de nombreuses activités pour tous les goûts et à peu près tout ce que vous voudrez faire.
