Bienvenue à notre unité Estero Beach et Tennis Club au 9ème ��tage. Vous serez vraiment adorer votre séjour ici! Non seulement notre propriété possède tous les éléments essentiels de la maison, mais vous allez adorer les vues sur les eaux du Golfe du Mexique de vous Lanai, le magnifique aménagement paysager et des sentiers pédestres, piscine chauffée avec des chaises longues et des courts de tennis. Situé au Sud-end de Fort Myers Beach, juste en face de la Marina Fishtail et Santini Plaza (boutiques et restaurants). Profitez de toutes ces commodités de vie de la Floride à un grand prix. Lorsque vous entrez dans notre propriété mise à jour, vous êtes accueillis par une grande disposition de la salle, cuisine avec la plupart des petits appareils électroménagers, table à manger pour quatre, confortable espace chambre familiale comprenant un canapé (se transforme en canapé-lit si nécessaire), et d'une télévision à écran plat. Le coin chambre dispose d'un lit king size. La salle de bain privée a été récemment rénové. Notre propriété comprend Internet, laveuse et sécheuse dans le hall (quartiers), draps, serviettes et chaises de plage. Wifi gratuit

Great getaway

Unit and amenities were great. Location perfect, plenty of dining options within easy walking distance. Views of he gulf were amazing, beach clean and very nice.

Estero beach and tennis April 2024

No surprises, great beach, adequate room. Even though much work was being done, it was well coordinated with the guests so both contractors and guests were able to remain out of each others way.

Good location for the money

The property was very accurately depicted. Nicely updated. The views of the golf were picture perfect. I will look for this unit again next year if it is available.

Nice condo with all amenities except key required instead of code pad entry. This required pick up of key which was slight inconvenience. Great view and very comfortable. Would have been nice to have more than one roll of TP and one roll paper towels. There was some miscommunication due to e-mail confusion. Rates were very reasonable.

The room was nice but listed as a one bedroom when really it’s a studio. It was fine because it was only the two of us. My biggest disappointment was there are really no restaurants (at this time, thanks to Ian) open. My fault for not checking it before

Ian wipe-out

Ian struck before our trip. The island was/is closed. We don’t even know if the building is still there; we didn’t go. And this bot keeps acting as if all is well. I would like to know some status about the transaction, but understand that the property owners have other things on their mind.

Winter Getaway

Great place to escape winter. Enjoyed walking the beach and eating out across the street. Great way to stay healthy and active with a cold and snowy winter! Got to see dolphins ,sting rays and variety of shore birds.

So close to the beach, access to the pool, and everything local. The only negative is the traffic on the island but it was an amazing stay and I would be going back here again.

Great property and location

Spent 7 nights at this property and loved it. Very clean unit and grounds. It is on the quiet side of the island, which is just what we wanted. 3 very good restaurants across the street with easy beach trolley access. Beach accessories were nice but the beach umbrella's were barely functional. Would stay here again!

Beautiful Beach

The condo was clean, the linens were great, all the people we encountered were very kind. The only issue we had was no welcome letter from tri-power, the office was closed when we landed at the airport as the check in time was after 5 o’clock I had to call the on-call number to figure out the check in process.

Estero Island Condo

This condo was nice. Mostly as described in the description. The only issues we had were the property company did give us a pool pass or mention the need for a parking pass. We had to drive back to get the pool pass and got a warning ticket for parking without a pass. Got the parking pass then after at the office of the condo complex. The pool pass we drove back for didn’t work and had the drive back once again for another pass. The rental company I would not recommend. But the property itself is nice.

Reviewer Comments: Our one week stay was great. Sunny every day, the beaches while open were wonderful. We booked two weeks for next year! Especially helpful was our ability to stay on from Saturday to Wednesday the following week. Beaches were closed, our flights were canceled twice, but TriPower was able to find us an available room in the same bldg for four more nights. Thank you, Thank you! Our communication with TriPower staff was excellent and they were all very accomodating.

Loved the unit and amenities. Thanks for the extras, beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen supplies. We booked this unit for two weeks next spring. Obviously the virus impacted the stay, but we look forward to the beach and grounds next year when this is all settled, (hopefully)

Quiet Nights

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ft Myers Beach is a decent place to go for a cold weather getaway. As on all Gulf Coast places we’ve stayed the food is amazing! If you want quiet nights, stay farther south in the island. Pretty much everything closes at 10pm on the island which makes for quiet nights if that’s important to you. We didn’t know that but didn’t mind the early nights that much. The unit we stayed in was in a great location with beautiful views and beach. The unit itself was ok. Sufficient for what two of us need who don’t just sit in the room. Before bringing groceries in we noticed some ants throughout the kitchen so we cleaned the counters again. The toaster smoked like crazy and the box fan didn’t work. Other than that, great little unit! Lovers Key State Park and Manatee Park are a couple great things to do that cost nothing but parking which was a nice surprise. Overall the stay was relaxing and just what we needed.
