Smells like dog pee
The carpet in the bedroom and the rug in the living room smelled like dog pee. It hard to get in bathroom not alot of space. There wasnt no extra pillow cases for the pull out bed. The wifi didnt work and wasnt alot tv channels. I tried to contact the owner all week no reply to see what was wrong with the wifi. Before we arrived to the cabin i tried to contact her to see if we could come a day early no reply. The porch has some rusty nails poking out of the wood. We had to be careful with the kids where they walked. The bed was really hard. The cabin is on a steep hill. No where to park without it being on the hill. The kids enjoyed the hot tub.
Nice little cabin just out of town
Nice little cabin on a quaint road with only 2 other cabins. Very clean and picturesque
One of the prettiest cabins we've stayed at in 5 years of visiting the Gatlinburg area. It's small but perfect for 2 people or a small family. The bed was the most comfortable we've had. My husband wished for a recliner or more comfortable chair in the living room ( couch is cushy and he had trouble getting out of it ). The bathtub in the bedroom was a nice touch. Parking is the only true drawback as it is on a steep grade. Great location . Just the right distance away from the Parkway in the woods but super easy to get there in a short time. It was very easy to connect with the owner for a question we had and she was very cordial. Very nice time.
Beautiful cabin on mountain side
The property was easy to find and far enough away from everything to give you a real cabin experience. It was centrally located with great access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Hot tub and jacuzzi tub worked wonderfully. The porch was amazing to just hang out on with family. Only opportunity was parking. As it is mountain side you have to park on a steep incline. Was not a problem for us because we had a Jeep but something to be mindful of. Can’t wait to plan a trip back next year and hoping there will be a 2 bedroom close to where we stayed because we absolutely LOVED THE LOCATION!
Noce place, poor management
Small, quaint cabin. Great place for a couple to stay at, but that's the only positive part of the cabin. Property management and check in process were not good. Owner never gave me a key code prior to leaving for cabin. I called and sent text messages, asking for more check in info prior to driving 4 hours away to get to the cabin. By the time we arrived at the cabin we still had no keycode or check in information. Called the owner 10 times and she never answered. After standing outside for an hour I walked to the nearby cabin and got the previous owners number, and had to call them to get the info I needed to get in the cabin. Never heard from or had a phone call from the owner until approximately 11pm that night. Also, place says it is pet friendly, but there is no where to walk your dogs, and there is no place for them to do their business. I had to walk up a hill to find a patch of grass for the dogs to use the bathroom. Also, there is carpet in the bedroom and we had to constantly clean up messes our dogs made.
Overall, nice place but not worth my money or time. Customer service was poor. I could have stayed in a dog friendly motel and had a better time.
