10/10 would do it again

1)We had 2 bedrooms (three couples). We needed 3 key fobs to enter bldg at different times. 1 fob was extremely inconvenient for us. 2) The smoke alarm started chirping at 2:30 in the morning. My husband finally had to stand up on the table to take it down. We got back in bed at 3:30.

Our stay was for 6 days and and it was very nice to have a 2 bedroom with 2 full baths. Location was close to a grocery store (across the street), restaurants and short Uber rides to various touristy locations we visited. Building was very secure with FOB for elevator access, etc. Had a nice pool area and a games rooms with coffee/tea available.

As with a lot of VRBO's we find that cleanliness/maintenance of the suites are not what we expect. We believe that burnt out light bulbs should be replaced prior to new renters arriving (one burnt out in kitchen which already had poor lighting); had to wear shoes as the floors dirtied socks within a short time; lots of dust bunnies (especially window sills) and exhaust fans. We wonder how much "cleaning" is actually performed prior to new renters arriving when bathroom sinks don't drain because of gunk/hair buildup in them. I personally took 5 minutes to clean out the drains of double sinks in the main bedroom bath (that's all the time it takes!).

Must sees when in Fort Worth - downtown area (Sundance Square and Water Gardens) were very nice as were The Stockyards.

Excellent loved layout. Walking distance to anything and everything. Facility was clean , well maintained and quiet
