Appartement très bien située pâtisserie loriental avec ou sans gluten à 2 pas pour petit déjeuner ! Eva charmante et aidante par ses conseils et son accueil! Bel endroit à conseiller.

Name of property
It is called Green Urban Loft....
and since I did not read the description carefully enough I assumed it was a loft as in Ireland i.e a space at the top of a building, - when in fact it was a basement. This was the only thing about the property that disappointed me. Eva was an excellent host.

El alojamiento: espacioso, moderno, céntrico, bien comunicado, muy limpio, muy bonito decorado y cuidado, y con todos los extras que evitan que tengas que ir al supermercado segun llegas.
La propietaria súper profesional y muy amable: nos dejó quedarnos toda la tarde del domingo porque no llegaban nuevos inquilinos hasta el día siguiente.
Excellent Experience
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Eva was a great host. She was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived, even though we notified her that would be three hours prior to the normal check-in time. Eva took the time to explain her apartment and the area to make sure we were comfortable prior to leaving us. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and in a great location. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed. Overall, very nice expense for us and we would stay here again if in Madrid.

Exactly as viewed online. Clean close to everything, metro, restaurants, etc. Eva was great and would love to stay again

Beautiful Madrid
Great apartment which had everything we needed and the bikes were a bonus! Eva was very helpful and welcoming! Would definitely recommend.

Localisation
Chamberí est situé juste au nord du centre-ville. Il est principalement résidentiel et peu fréquenté par les touristes, mais il a de beaux quartiers intacts avec l'architecture urbaine du 19ème siècle, bien conservé. Ni surpeuplé, ni trop calme, cette zone peut être un choix raisonnable pour le logement, avec des magasins, des restaurants et des cafés sont surtout fréquentés par ce plutôt que les Madrilènes à la restauration des invités étrangers.
