Charme Waterfront Beach House à Historic Olde Naples

We loved our month in this beautiful home. The neighborhood is fantastic--great for walking and biking. The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with a spacious layout. We especially enjoyed being able to walk to the 3rd Street restaurants and shops and to the gulf. This is a fantastic home for a relaxing vacation.

My family had a fantastic week in this beautiful Floridian style waterfront home. Great location and only 7 blocks from the beach which is fabulous and not as busy as near to the pier. The home is very spacious with a great layout and is decorated in a very comfortable welcoming way. Good size bedrooms, the master was delightful with a lovely view, good size walk in wardrobes and bathroom.Good TV set up, which we watched the Olympics on as we were there in August, and Sonos system for listen to music throughout the home and pool. Huge garage to keep the car cool stocked with all the beach essential and our personal favourite the bikes, which the owner kindly lets you use. I hadn't ridden a bike for years but the relaxing cycle to the beach in the mornings and back again for the sunsets at night became a family favourite. The outside space was large and well stocked with comfortable sun chairs and a lovely table and chairs for alfresco dining. The pool was clean and inviting and a good size. The decking was in need of a little repair here and there but it did not spoil our enjoyment of the pool. Another way to see the amazing Naples sunsets is from the pool area, it really is beautiful. Aqualane Shores is a lovely area to stay,however, when we were there building work seemed to be everywhere which was a shame but we did visit in the quiet seasons. This home is great and I would recommend it to friends and family and would defiantly stay there again myself. Thanks to the owners for letting us share their lovely home.

Our holiday was the reuslt of a plan to meet our daughter who lives & works in Lima, Peru. Well it turns out Lima is 5.5 hours from Miami & London is nearer 8 hours but it was well worth the effort. The house is very comfortably furnished and equipped, air conditioned throughout, which was essential in temperatures of 90 degrees + and humididty to match. All the bedrooms were either en suite or had exclusive use of a bathroom and the kitchen was adequately equipped with most everything you would need to self cater. The pool was very clean and in good order however the pool cleaning device was on for most of the day and proved to be an obstruction when swimming. The surround was equipped with 4 sun loungers with more in the garage and the whole area was enclosed in a lania which kept out 100% of the bugs.

Information on where to go, what to do was a bit scant so an update there would be good. Overall we were very pleased although a little disappointed that we hadn't been informed that the house opposite was in the process of reconstruction - often noisy, always early!

We stayed here for a week in June/July, 2 adults and 3 children. The house was nicer than it looked like on the pictures.

Great outdoor area with screened pool and grill. Bicycles provided, only 2-3 minutes down to the beach which was not crowded at all, stunning sunsets!

The owner responded to all our questions quickly, provided a childcrib and highchair at our request.

We had a really nice stay and would love to com back.

The PERFECT place for our two months in Naples--this lovely home had such great living space and the open concept was perfect for entertaining. The house was so comfortable and decorated in such a tasteful and charming way. When walking through the front door for the first time it feels like Olde Florida at its best!

We spent many evenings at the table on the lanai enjoying a glass of wine while the sun was setting and also enjoyed riding the bicycles straight down 18th to the beach for the sunset. The location of this home is unbeatable--whether walking to the Farmers Market on Saturday or riding bikes to the beach or to dinner we loved being so close to all the action on Third Street.

The owners were welcoming and quickly addressed any requests we made during our stay. We would be returning again if we hadn't pulled the trigger and purchased a home while we were there! All in all, a definite A++ for this gorgeous home!

P.S. Our corgi, Cooper, made his daily walk around the perimeter of the pool searching for little lizards--he loved chilling out on the lanai too!
