Notre condo de montagne est la deuxième maison de notre famille au cœur des magnifiques montagnes Rocheuses du Colorado. Le condo est un trois chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bains, 2 niveaux, 1 560-sq. ft. fin privée unité condo avec une suite privée lock-off en option. Notre maison est entièrement rénové avec une nouvelle cuisine, de nouvelles salles de bains, nouveau foyer et beaucoup plus. La sensation de notre maison est celle d'une maison neuve. En outre, vous aurez accès à une année jacuzzi et tennis pendant les mois d'été. La navette de ski Winter Park est à quelques pas.

Perfect property to experience mountain life!

Holly has thought of absolutely everything you would need for your stay, I felt right at home instantly! Abundance of kitchen supplies, towels, linens, blankets, fire starters, long lighters, & even a fireplace bellow! The technology amenities were great! I work remotely for work, hence my relocation to the mountains for skiing & had no issues with the Wi-Fi, there is even remote-control candles on the mantel! The hot tub was an incredible reprieve after a long day of skiing! I especially loved how private the property felt / the view out the sliding door & big window, I had birds greeting me every morning! Holly has developed an incredible information binder waiting for you that will answer any questions you may have. She always responded quickly & even answered a late-night phone call from me when I was having issues locating the building in the snow & dark on my first night!


There is a trail map in the binder which directed me to some great hikes: Jim Creek Falls up in WP & the Fraser River trail is VERY close I parked right in the Safeway lot & started from there. I also used the All Trails app to direct me to incredible hikes in the Experiential forest.

- I loved how close to home the Safeway was (grocery store/Rx), so easy to just stop in!

- Tabernash Tavern: the head chef won one of those shows on the food network & the food was amazing!

- The Peak Brewery: free pool upstairs

- Idlewild Distillery Pub; Board Game night on Wednesdays

- Crooked Creek Saloon / Creekside Eatery: Trivia on Tuesdays

- Hideaway Brewery: I loved stopping in here after skiing, great beers and local atmosphere

- The Chamber of Congress & the WP Young Professionals group sponsored an inspirational speaking / networking event, it was like a TED talk event with 7 speakers, & it was incredible!

- Winter Park Trading Co. (consignment store) I picked up some used cross-country skiing gear, but they have everything & some new items too!

- Murdoch's (everything, kinda like farm & fleet) in the shopping complex right at the bottom of the hill. I got some bird seed & firewood to replace what I used!

- Ski tune / Bike shop in same complex as Murdoch’s, not on Yelp but this is where the locals go!

- Very close to Hot Sulphur Springs & easy drive up to Steamboat

Again – THANK you Holly for making this adventure possible for me! You have an incredible home!

A perfect family getaway

This condo was the perfect retreat for our family. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The three bedrooms were just what we needed. My wife and I stayed in the master suite (which could double as a separate studio condo), my son and his wife stayed in the second bedroom and my two adult, unmarried kids shared the third bedroom. The bedrooms, baths and kitchen, as well as all of the furnishings were very nice, current and tasteful. The fireplace was a nice touch. The whole condo truly was even better than we had hoped for. Our ONLY suggestion for improvement might be more furnishings in the living area for larger groups of people. But, we would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful property!

Lovely property & was super convenient to Winter Park. We stayed over the New Year and our experience could not have been better. The owner was easily accessible & very nice to speak to. We had lots of room to spread out. We have stayed in the Winter Park area multiple times and this was our favorite condo. The condo has been recently renovated and everything was in great condition and very clean. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

This condo was perfect for our family Christmas in the Colorado mountains!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It has been newly remodeled and looks beautifully maintained. It has beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and all the bathrooms (making cleanup easy!). The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes (enough for 10 or 12 people), glassware (coffee cups, juice glasses, water glasses, wine glasses) , silverware , utensils (including nice sharp knives), cookware and storage containers. We stayed in and cooked dinner a couple nights (chili and pizzas) and we had all the cookware we needed to do that. They also have a little "honor pantry" with things like olive oil, cereal, canned tomatoes, things you might have forgot - there is a note that says you can use what you need and put money in the jar, or use what you need and replace it before you go.

The condo is very roomy with two bedrooms downstairs and has a huge master bedroom upstairs (which is actually like a little apartment in that it has a fridge, oven, sink and couch and table and chairs up there). We had 5 adults, my husband and I, our 2 sons plus one of their friends, so it was nice to have the master bedroom as a retreat where I could go and read or watch my own TV selection while all the guys were watching football downstairs!

The beds were all very comfy. They all had thick mattress pads and nice sheets and blankets and bedspreads on them! It looked like there were also other pillows and blankets in the closets if you needed more or the pillow that was on the bed didn't suit you!

Our boys used the hot tub several times and seemed to enjoy it. We skied one day at a smaller resort called Granby Ranch (ski resort about 15 miles from Fraser, but much less expensive than Winterpark and a good place to get warmed up after not skiing for several years!). We didn't use the shuttle to Winterpark, although Winterpark was so close, it would not have been far to drive!

We bought groceries several times at the Safeway in town (just down the hill from the condo) and it was well-stocked and reasonably priced. We also discovered Murdoch's - a general store across the highway from Safeway that has EVERYTHING! We bought some winter boots for my son there, some ski pants, long underwear, and wood bundles for the wood-burning fireplace. It is a great place

I emailed the owner with questions several times before our stay - she was very responsive!

We loved our stay here - I would happily recommend it to friends, relatives, anyone!

Great ski home away from home for a medium-sized family

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 8-night stay. Condo was nicely updated with modern conveniences and came very well stocked and equipped. We've stayed in dozens of rental homes and I don't remember any kitchen stocked and equipped so well. The condo overall was clean and well-maintained, and the owner was very responsive to the one minor maintenance issue we did have. She was also very helpful with suggestions while we were planning our trip.

The neighborhood was very quiet, especially considering we were there for the busiest week of the ski season. We had the side parking lot right next to the condo all to ourselves, which came in handy since we had 2 cars. Ski lifts were rarely crowded, especially given the timing of our stay. Much better than the Summit County (Breck, Keystone, A-Bason) lift lines even on their "average" weeks. Winter Park staff is also head and shoulders better than Summit County. Much more friendly and helpful. Our best dinner was at Strip & Tail... great food and reasonably priced.

The only down side was that the one time we tried to take the free shuttle to the slopes it was 20 minutes late and full. Since they only run every 30 minutes, we just drove our car. Parking at the resort is fairly convenient, and the buses there run much more frequently... and they drop you off closer to the ski lifts, so we just drove the other 4 days we skied, too. We had a pleasant sleigh ride and dinner at the YMCA's Snow Mountain Ranch, so we recommend that (bundle up!). Colorado Adventure Park tubing wasn't as pleasant... very crowded and since you pay by the hour and have to use a single file conveyor "lift", we didn't get much bang for our buck.

Overall, highly recommend this condo! Great value!! Winter Park skiing is awesome, Fraser is quiet yet with lots to do and plenty of dining, and the location is convenient yet out of the way.
