Beau et spacieux! Grande maison de vacances en famille, voyages de pêche et week-end pour femmes, première fois en location. Le salon spacieux dispose de trois futons grande télévision. La table à manger peut accueillir six personnes avec trois sièges supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner. La cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter des repas après une journée à la plage. La buanderie est située juste à côté de la cuisine. La chambre principale offre un lit king et salle de bain privée. Les chambres d'hôtes offrent des lits queen La zone de pique-nique en bas est située dans l'espace couvert sous la maison. Il y a beaucoup de parking et de place pour un bateau. Détendez-vous et profitez de la brise du porche avant ou promenez-vous à la piscine communautaire à moins d'un pâté de maisons. Si le soleil et le sable sont ce que vous cherchez, la plage est à 1,5 pâtés de maisons. Cette maison est également située à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Port A! Excellent location!

We stayed at ‘Frank’s Place’ for a full week. The house was very clean. Access to the pool was a very short walk. Access the highway 361 was very convenient. And a short drive to the beach. We will definitely look into booking this property again!

1st time to beach

We loved our time in Port Aransas. The house was great for our group of 9. The kitchen outlets were not functioning. John offered to come out and fix it but we were okay using the outlets in the living room for toaster and coffee maker. We also didn’t have covers for the futons in the living room but the kids brought their own for the trip. Great stay.

Full week in June

John was very easy to work with! Franks place was a well kept home on a corner lot that gave you a little extra privacy, especially while sitting on the mostly shaded porch during the day yet you could still watch the sunset!

Fishing trip with my Dad and Brother.

Frank's place was clean and comfortable just as advertised. Will book this house again can't go wrong. The only thing I would like to see is lights added so you can see the stairs better.

Very impressive

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean Frank's Place was! We loved the gate at the top of the stairs, because the little ones (and some of the adults) could not open it! Thank you for sharing Frank's Place with us! We'll be back!

Great vacation home!

The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. :) This was a perfect location, on a quiet street. You could take a short walk or drive to the beach. We would definitely recommend this property.

Beach rental for our large family

The beach rental was very clean. Plenty of parking. We had a family of seven and there was more than enough room. The pool is not that big but doable. Only 1 TV in living area, would be nice to have TVs in other bedrooms. Loved the Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Had plenty of dishes, pots, and pans for cooking. The dollar general is very close by which was very convenient. All in all....it was a great stay. Would stay again.

Very nice place

They had everything we needed. All we had to bring was food. We brought a small tv for the bedroom. Dollar General is a block away for any thing else. It's about a mile to the beach. You definitely need a cart or a car. Everything is very handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lived up to it's billing

Everything about Franks's Place was as advertised. Getting the key code and internet access was seamless and operating the very large HDTV was easy. The place was sparkling clean when we got there, the kitchen was well equipped and even has a Keurig Coffee Maker with a variety of coffees. Beach was not easily walk able but with the gear we had driving onto the beach made more sense anyway. We'd rent this place again.

Very nice and worth it!

We really enjoyed this house and how clean and nice everything was. There was plenty of sheets, towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. It was wonderful to have a table big enough for all of us to sit around. The pool is easy to walk to and a nice bonus to jump into at the end of the day. We had a great time and hope to stay here again.

Awesome home

We've stayed in this Spencer Landing home for our last two family vacations. The location is great and the accommodations make you feel at home. The beds are also very comfortable and that seems to be rare with most vacation homes. The owners have been great to work with. I'd highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to vacation in Port A. The only thing I would change would be to add a tv to the master bedroom .

Great house and location!

Our family (all eleven of us) were blown away by this great house! We found it in good condition and very clean. We especially liked the futons in the living room. We were able to sleep all five grand children comfortably. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The location was great and close to the beaches. We had a great weekend. Thanks John!

Winter Texans from Illinois

We are winter Texans. This is our sixth year coming to Texas. At the end of last season we were told the owner of our condo was selling and there was no guarantee the unit would be in the rental. With a week to go we started searching ; realtors, ads and VRBO. The owner of Frank's Place was the first to respond and we came to check it out and fell in love. Such a great neighborhood, close to the beach and town and minutes from the ferry. Ellie maintained, clean and beautifully furnished and equipped. Already booked for next year.
