Appartement spacieux meublé à un niveau très élevé, donnant sur un complexe de jardin avec les piscines communales. Ayant une grande terrasse privée de toit complète avec les canapés du soleil, la table et les chaises pour 6, BBQ, douche. Deux doubles chambres à coucher, une pièce jumelle, toutes avec des ventilateurs de plafond et ont adapté des wardrobes. 2 salles de bains, toutes les deux avec les douches, une avec le bain faisant le coin. Cuisine adaptée avec la fraise-mère, le four, le m/wave, le congélateur de réfrigérateur et la machine à laver. Région de Lounge/dining, introduisant ensuite un balcon meublé donnant sur la piscine et le jardin. TV, DVD, Vidéo. Promenade courte aux restaurants, aux barres et au supermarché. La longues plage sablonneuse et promenade de mars Menor (très sûr pour des enfants) est seulement quelques minutes marchent loin. Pour des golfeurs là un certain nombre de cours dans un délai de 15 minutes conduisent.

A fantastic property with a lot of living space!
We’ve stayed in three other properties in Los Alcázares but this is definitely the best! It’s In the perfect location, not too far from the beach and near the Mercadona supermarket. It has three large bedrooms, two with balconies, a full roof terrace and BBQ! The living space is huge and has a good sized kitchen, lounge/dining room and another balcony. Trevor picked us up from the airport and provided us with a welcome pack, he was on hand to answer any questions that we had and was extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning next October!

Beautiful clean and spacious apartment
We had a wonderfully relaxing holiday with our 3 grown up kids in this lovely apartment. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, very clean and airy.
We had a fantastic roof BBQ one night and enjoyed the beautiful views. The balconys were shaded from the full sun during the day, so perfect for sitting out with great views of the pool.
We swam a lot and the pool was clean and just the right temperature.
The location was ideal, and we could all go our own way when we wanted, to shops, restaurants or beach.
Bill and Martine responded to all our queries promptly and professionally, and Trevor and his wife made us welcome on arrival, despite us being late due to delayed flights!

Large apartment/villa in good location
This villa suited our needs perfectly, it was in a quiet location, the pool had lifeguards on shift from 10am until 10pm when it closed. A security guard roamed the complex at night and due to it being gated we felt extra safe with our young children. Short walk to the restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Lydl is a few minutes drive away by car and the Spanish supermarkets a short walk away. You wouldnt need a car to stay but we were glad we had one, it gave us the freedom to go and see Murcia City & Cartagena (definitely recommend both) and we were also able to drive to the Saturday market up the road (it is walkable but not with our young children). We did do the 20 minute walk to the Tuesday market. (Preferred the Saturday market as it was less cramped). The swimming pool is excellent, its gradually slopes down so our children could use a large part of it rather than our youngest just be confined to the baby pool. The beach is great as the children could paddle with us sat watching due to how shallow it is, sea was also quite warm. We did feel the main restaurant strip missed entertainment, live music or something, i think some nights there was but it started v late.
The villa itself is clean enough, has a large fridge with decent freezer compartment. Washing machine and basic cooking pots and pans. The WIFI is very fast and came in really handy. The aircon was on a meter but not too expensive to run as we only needed it to cool the bedrooms before bed. Two bedrooms upstairs and one off the lounge. Large roof terrace does get hot though. Nice shaded balcony's, just watch very small children with the banister gaps, we sat out on the balcony off the lounge most evenings when the children were in bed. Two showers were great, it meant we could each take a child and get them ready at the same time, good water pressure. Brilliant fixed stair gate at the top of the stairs, gave us huge piece of mind at night as it was lockable. TV does have English channels but only 2 are for children and aimed at slightly older than our youngest, they had their tablets so it didn't pose much of an issue. TV is old & some of the DVD boxes had DVD's missing but you dont go on holiday to watch telly!
The property manager Trevor was a lovely chap and always responded quickly if contacted. The owner Bill was also very nice, very helpful before and after our stay. I would definitely recommend this villa and we have already talked about going back again!

lovely quite accomadation
We arrived at the airport to be picked up by Trevor he s a very cheerful and helpful man, it only took 5/8 minutes to get to the property. on arrival to the property we found it to be lovely and clean and very large, it was lovely to have a balcony in living room which was overlooking the pool area, which is very clean and well kept, there is also a balcony in both the upstairs bedrooms , the roof top was ideal for private sun bathing, good Wi-Fi connection , near to supermarket and
restaurants, we would recommend this property for a nice relaxing holiday, weather was a bit unsettled while we stayed but other wise had a nice relaxing holiday ,a Big special thank you to Trevor for helping us out after dropping us off at the airport , due to unforeseen circumstances he was a gem may thanks Trevor .
Los Alcazares est situé dans la région de Murcia de sud-eastern Espagne. En effet le secteur apprécie une moyenne de 320 jours de soleil tous les ans. La ville se repose sur le rivage occidental du Menor Mar, une lagune d'eau de mer séparée de la mer méditerranéenne par une bande de 22 kilomètres du La Manga. là sont de nombreux barres, cafés et restaurants pour des boissons, des tapas, des repas et le divertissement. L'eau chaude du Menor Mar fait à la ville un paradis pour des baigneurs et des fervents de watersports. Sa eau minerai-riche a été vénérée pour ses propriétés santé-donnantes depuis les périodes romaines et les abords sont plats, faciles pour marcher et faire un cycle. Les jours du marché sont samedi et mardi où une variété de marchandises sont disponible. La ville historique du Murcia de 30 minutes en la voiture, avec ses nombreuses places et rues étroites des magasins est bonne intéressant explorer de même que la ville romaine de Carthagèna.
