The location was perfect for us as we were in town to visit family. Loved the patio to sit.
Just what we wanted!
This place IS a treasure! Everything Bob says about it is true. First, it's located on a quiet residential street in a nice neighborhood, easily accessible from downtown Austin. There is also off-street parking, which is big plus. The property is very well-maintained and attractive.
The one-bedroom apartment is adorable! It's exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and updated. It really does have everything you need -- from laundry and a well-stocked kitchen to plush linens and a very comfortable king bed. There's even an umbrella in the closet for those Texas rains... ;)
We had the good fortune to meet Bob and Carolyn, and they are the real deal -- very kind, friendly, and warm-hearted. They address any little thing you need immediately, and are very easy to contact. It's obvious they take pride in ownership, and it shows in how they treat guests.
I can't say enough about this little gem! So much better (and great value) than staying in one of Austin's pricey hotels. We'll be back, for sure, next time we visit Austin and Hill Country.

Carolyn and I loved the opportunity to meet and get to know them They respected the apartment and left it perfect. They could not have been better guests.
Well maintained and very clean!
I highly recommend this property. The owner was very helpful and did all he could to ensure our stay was pleasant. The location in a residential area was a plus, as was the on site parking. We loved that the owner really cared about his property and those who rent from him. His communication with us before, during, and after our stay, was excellent.
What fun it was to meet such a nice couple. You are so right about the quiet residential location, yet so close to over 27 high end, mid-range, fast food restaurants and major shopping less than a mile and half away. We do work really hard to make sure the property is spotless when you arrive and everything works. Most of our guests are surprised at the fully equipped kitchen appliances, pots, pans, dishes for a quick snack or full course dinner. Every one is so pleased to have a stackable washer/dryer, all the soaps for kitchen, bath, laundry plus paper towels, napkins,bath, facial tissue, and soft towels, sheets, and comfortable king bed and pillows for a great night sleep.
Please come back and join our big family of returning guests who stay with us once and continue to come back time and time again.

Situé au coeur de North Central Austin. A doit rester endroit. The Domain et Arboretum sont à moins de deux miles de distance ainsi que plus de vingt-quatre 5 étoiles, de milieu de gamme et de restaurants fast-food à moins d'un mile. Les épiceries bio, Starbucks et Wal-Mart moins de 7 pâtés de maisons de cet endroit.
