Upstairs of split-level home in Olympia, Washington. Central, quiet location.
Light airy space with high ceilings and skylights. Freshly remodeled. Fully equipped kitchen. Includes utilities and internet. Note that stairs are required to access the unit and the laundry (located in the garage downstairs). Currently set up as one bedroom. The second bedroom has a desk and space available for workout, storage, etc. If you would prefer a second bed for additional people, I will provide a full-size bed and the monthly rent will be $2300.
