The Space:

Located in a friendly Naples neighborhood you'll find this modern masterpiece! Here, all of your favorite amenities come lined by palms and shrouded in sunshine. A true focal point of the home is the enclosed turquoise pool, lined by pool loungers, and complimented by a pool spa.





Inside, the gleaming open-concept interior offers a marvelous space to spend time with your favorite people. Catch up on your favorite shows on the large Smart TV, and play chef amongst the stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and center island in the full kitchen. Each of the home's bedrooms has been adorned with high-quality linens, central air-conditioning, and charming nautical-themed mementos.





After days spent under the sun, relish rinsing off under the warm stream of water in each of the walk-in showers. Additional interior perks include a separate laundry room and internet access.





While exploring Naples, be sure to take advantage of the provided bikes for sunset rides. Within 20 miles of your retreat, you'll be able to explore Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, the Cocohatchee River Park Marina, Barefoot Beach County Preserve, Hertz Arena, and multiple golf courses.

We just returned from a 4-week stay at Sea Renity. The house was as described-clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable, and convenient to everything we needed (beach, grocery stores, restaurants). We especially appreciated how responsive the local property manager was to our questions or service needs-which exceeded our expectations. The lanai area was great-we used the heated pool/spa every day. We would not hesitate to book again.

Perfect Stay in Naples!

Perfect House and Neighborhood

Great house in a great neighborhood. Enjoyed the pool and being within walking distance to restaurants and shops. House was set up with bikes, all beach necessities, and pool toys. Very happy with our 7 week stay.

This home was beautiful! Extremely clean. The home is "very new". My wife and I have rented several homes in SW Florida over the years, this is the first time she has said, the next time we come to SW FL, we stay in this home. She has very high standards for cleanliness. Communication was very good. I have zero complaints. I look forward to coming back here again in the future.

Great home. Just needs attention to a few details.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Could use more kitchen supplies-like real wine glasses, mixing and serving bowls and propane for the grill.

the house was nice and clean. There were a few issues with the house that the agency addressed quickly. The only quirky thing is you can't heat the pool and hot tub at the same so if you go in cooler weather you have to try to heat the pool first then turn the heat off in that to heat the hot tub and wait 30 minutes so our group couldn't swim and spa at the same time but in warmer weather wouldn't be an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and riding bikes to the beach. there are bikes, beach chairs and sand toys (which we didn't use)

Amazing weekend

Our family took this home to enjoy time together.. the house is really nice, my grandchildren enjoyed the pool , and the distance to beach by car was not more than 10 minutes. The beach things and bikes are no news but they were really useful . I would like to come back

Excellent Property/Lacked Communcation

Beautiful property for our long family weekend. Unfortunately, it was not made clear upon reserving that we would have to pay separately to have the pool heated through a future email and the rental agency was tough to work with. We could not enjoy the pool/hot tub for our January stay. Otherwise, no complaints and would stay here again.

Florida Gulf and Golf!

Enjoyed the spacious floorplan and rooms with separate bathrooms. We were disappointed with a few items. The lack of complete cups, dishes, utensils, and silverware. Also, the master bathroom wasn't stocked with toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, or washcloths. The bath towels and pool towels could use an update and be more plenty.
