Amazing location, steps away from cruise ship port, shops, famous Margaritaville and public beach. Spectacular views.
Though the penthouse is very close to the main attractions, you will need to walk on a steep hill for about 5 minutes and then 3 flight of stairs. We highly recommend to use a vehicle.

The space
Very spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom unit with 3 balconies.
Please note, this is Penthouse property, located on the 3rd level with no elevator available. Must climb chair, location is up the hill, the car is highly recommendable.
Please note this is an older complex, it looks like it needs a major facelift. There is nothing we can do about it as the strata (building management) is in charge of it. However, complex is big, it feature 6 swimming pools and a very modern gym (1000JMD of 8 USD per 1 day use including aerobic classes offered twice a day). Please note our unit doesn't have laundry, but laundry facilities are available. Another thing to note, we have 3 ACs in the apartment, 1 in each bedroom. There is no AC in the living room or kitchen. Just a fan.
