Arrived at 330 and was told “ride around” and come back later. Came at 4 and still not ready. Staff did not seem very concerned. Asked staff about shuttle they state to go to community pool. Well this is a townhouse and after walking down there I find out from driver they pick up in front of your townhouse Saves standing in the heat and dealing with kids waiting for a shuttle.
Ice maker did not work properly (1 glass of ice per day)not did water dispenser but to their credit I didn’t notify them
Upon leaving checkout process was a waste of time. Turn in key then they tell you to check out on app. No link in app and they can’t figure it out
Like the house... don’t like management company.

Easy and fun. Lovely townhouse and plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.
Wow what a vacation home!!
Beautiful! Townhouse was in a beautiful neighborhood just 5 min east of the flora Bama. Security gate & guard. The club house on the beach was wonderful! We didn’t have to haul anything except our kids, towels & toys. Drinks, food and chairs were provided which was super easy & convenient! Food and drinks were delicious & fairly priced! They had a back exit/entrance that led straight to Publix 👍🏻. We all had a blast!! If I had to think of a con it would be that the hot water heater couldn’t provide hot water for 2 families. We had to space out our showers and make them quick. But that is being super picky! The place was very clean, comfortable & decorated pretty. Nice cookware. I loved that we were able to check in early around 11 am vs 4 pm!! And they were even going to allow us to check out later but we ended up not needing the extra time. Would LOVE to stay again!! Amazing amazing vacation spot for any family.

This property is awesome!
This property was awesome and quite comfortable for our party of eight adults, and our hosting of a Thanksgiving dinner for twelve. Plenty of space!
There were a couple of issues:
1) I did not get an email notice of where it was we were supposed to check in, and had to call the day before we were to check in to get the office address. Would have appreciated getting an email notice. Communications overall from ResortQuest were spotty and not as helpful as they could have been.
2) We were driving from Baton Rouge, LA to Perdido Key and would be first to arrive. Others were coming from as far away as Chicago. The day we were to check in - we got a phone call while we were ON THE WAY asking if we would be arriving before noon to check in because the office would be closing early. The original check-in time given us was 4 p.m. and we left Baton Rouge so as to time our arrival using that time frame. It sure seems we could have gotten a heads up the day BEFORE we were supposed to arrive that we would need to check in earlier than the check-in time given us. Luckily, we had relatives who were able to go to the office and check in FOR us.
3) The code given us as the key to get into the unit was incorrect. We tried it several times, by different members of our party to make sure one of us wasn’t making a mistake. We were in a bit of a panic because we knew the office was already closed and thought we would be unable to contact anyone and therefore, would be unable to get in that day. However, thank goodness, the phone number on the card got us to a person who was able to reset the code for us.
Having ONE issue might have been acceptable. But having all 3 of these issues was a more than a little bit of a bother and ResortQuest needs to fix their check-in process.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us with your concerns during your recent stay in Perdido Key. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you and your family incurred while here on vacation. I’m glad the unit was large enough to host your Thanksgiving meal. We are unsure as to why an email was not automatically populated at the time of booking but rest assured I’ll be looking into that to see where the disconnect happened. The office did close early due to Thanksgiving holiday, however that doesn’t mean your unit would have been ready prior to 4pm and the office closing early does not guarantee an early check in simply because other departments are still operating. This is why we reached out to all guest prior to the office closing and walked them through the afterhours check in process. I apologize this call did not come to you the day before as you would have preferred but notes will be taken in regards to making our afterhours check in procedure easier. The code your received not working once again definitely deserves an apology but I am glad that the call center was able to get that code regenerated for you. I hope these errors don’t deter you from booking a unit with ResortQuest again. I will take your comments and concerns and pass them onto the appropriate parties to make sure all ends are tied. The pictures captured the home perfectly. It was a great set-up with the beach club pool and shuttle. The pool and club at the beach were also as pictured.
Drawbacks: The light switches in the house didn't work as set-up/usual--two switches but only one worked and ran both the fan and the light. So we would have to climb on the beds to turn the light off at night so we could run the fans. Also had lamps on night stands that could not be plugged in because outlets were not designed to go where needed.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay and if we ever family vacay in this area again, we will try to book here!
