Golden Heart Hideout – 2BR Unit with Private Hot Tub by Fairbanks Airport

Welcome to your Fairbanks basecamp—just 2 minutes from the airport and close to downtown, dining, and shops. This cozy ground-floor unit is the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Watch for the aurora from the private hot tub, borrow adventure gear for your next outing, and unwind after a day exploring Alaska’s Interior.

-- Bedrooms: Two queen rooms with light-filtering privacy blinds, blackout curtains, dimmable lamps, cozy bedding, and other helpful amenities.

-- Bathroom: Full tub/shower, plush towels, essential toiletries, and hair dryer provided.

-- Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, spices, and small appliances, plus a countertop dishwasher and coffee station.

-- Living Room & Dining Area: Smart TV with streaming apps (you can use my accounts on Hulu, Netflix, and Prime Video), expandable dining table for 2-4 guests, books, and games.

-- Hot Tub: Private 4-person tub in our fenced back yard. Enjoy stargazing and aurora views on clear nights. You can use the hot tub anytime and spa robes, towels, and slippers are provided. Please read the hot tub instructions in your unit before use.

-- Extras: Heated garage with laundry, detergent, iron, and drying rack that you can use anytime.

-- The Upstairs Unit: I live upstairs with my two pups, Luna and Howie. We frequently travel out of town, but we're quiet and respectful when we're home.

Other things to note:
-- We're 420-friendly, but please only smoke outside.

-- Pet-friendly! Dog towels, extra cleaning supplies, and furniture covers provided.

-- Great aurora spot: No streetlights in our neighborhood = excellent night-sky views.

-- We have lots of adventure gear available: snowshoes, trekking poles, microspikes, kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, camp chairs, and coolers. Just let me know what you need and I'm happy to let you borrow our gear!

-- I can help with airport pick-up and drop-off when I'm home and available. Please ask in advance, this isn't guaranteed. Uber and Lyft are available as well.
