A cozy classic London flat in a great location
If you want the classic London experience, don't miss staying in this wonderful flat near Earl's Court. We loved staying in this charming flat for almost 7 weeks and felt very much at home.
A flat to consider by Earl's Court
This was our 10th trip to London. Friends shared the flat with us. We stayed a little less than a week. There are hundreds of flats to rent around London.The higher the price you pay generally the better flat you will enjoy. Just do your homework.
10 minute walk to Earl's Court station
Enjoyed living like the locals in a residential neighborhood
Comfortable space with living room kitchen combo. (We ate out so the kitchen was used for snacks).
Bedroom windows had view of tree behind row homes
Management was responsive

We were met by worker to get the key and orientation but no instructions given on heat, or washer/dryer
We had 2 couples and had to request another key which they delivered
Keys need to be returned to a worker at the time you say for them to come by. If you change plans like we did they get upset. They said they only had 2 sets of keys which was very inconvenient for the guests and the company.
Hot water constantly turned cold as we were not instructed how the hot water heater timer worked.
The flat was standard clean but not deep cleaned. The coffee table rug needed cleaning.
Attention to detail needed outside shower where water had bubbled the paint.
A limited amount of bathroom tissue was provided so buy your own
No microwave in the kitchen to heat meals or snacks
Located on the second floor with steep and narrow stairs like most London flats
Comforter only. No blanket policy because of "hygienic reasons". Comforter was too warm
- Apartment is on the 1st floor, not the 2nd
- There is microwave/oven in the kitchen
-Hot water is produced by a combi-boiler. It is therefore unlimited
- Keys issue resolved with a third set of security keys kept by the property management.
- Checkout time was set by the guest. Unfortunately he had already left before without any form of notice given and left both sets inside the property. Subsequently, keys had to be shipped from the owner's home outside town
