Good value for money
A spacious apartment with all the basics. We were here during a warm spell so needed the windows open. The M3 right next door did provide constant noise which was the only down side to the flat.
Clean , great , helpful owners , comfy beds would definitely stay again

Good location and great service from the Owner
This flat is located behind the Travelodge in Sunbury about two blocks from Sunbury Close (groceries, shopping and buses) and about three blocks from the train station. Towels, soap and shampoo are not provided but Sean immediately delivered some towels when we asked. The furnace/water heater broke down when we were there but Shakira immediately responded and called a service tech even though it was after hours and on the weekend. Although the repair took a day Shakira delivered a portable heater for us to use. Although I understand the flat is professionally cleaned after renters leave we thought the apartment could have been cleaned better since we needed to wash the bathtub out before using it. Showering is a little awkward since there is no holder for the shower head and it has to be held while showering. The windows in the kitchen and master bedroom didn't close completely and let in a cold draft and a lot of road noise from Staines Road on the other side of the Travelodge. I understand Sean has the widows fixed since our stay. At the time of our stay I would rate this accommodation at a 3.5 although would rate it higher with the corrections made since our stay..
We enjoyed our stay in this very well equipped apartment. All you need is there. This apartment was excellent for us to mix our trips to both London as well as trips along the Thames. The train station is very close to the apartment and is a direct line to Waterloo station.
We recently stayed here for a month, and I have to say, we had the best time! The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly want. All you need to take is your clothes and towels. The kitchen has all the appliances and equipment you could need. We cooked homemade meals most nights.
The only tiny criticism I would make is that the TV is a little small for the size of the room, which is very spacious. It just felt like I was squinting to see it sometimes. The apartment overlooks the allocated parking space, so it was reassuring to look out and see that your car is safe. Just around the corner is the train station which runs all the way to Waterloo, which is great when coming back from a long tour of London! It's literally a five minute walk. All in all, a great time had. It really felt like home by the end. It was sad to leave.
And lastly, Sean was very friendly and helpful and made planning our stay easy. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting the homely feel within easy reach of London.
