This was a great stay at a great location. We had some minor issues (dishwasher was disconnected from power, air mattresses seemed to have slow leaks) but on the whole this was a very positive experience.
Matthew was a great guest and I appreciate the feedback.
GFCI switch has been reset for the dishwasher, and new air mattresses will be install by Friday.
Nice Townhouse in Sweet Auburn Neighborhood
We had a pleasant stay, and had plenty of room. Nicely furnished condo on floors two and three (located above a small restaurant). Fully stocked spice cabinet, combined with shopping down the street at the Sweet Auburn Curb Market made for great meals. Just a streetcar ride away from downtown, and the MARTA for the airport.
Two patios on both floors was an unexpected bonus. We didn't drive, but the gated parking is a nice to have, just in case.
Location can be a bit loud at night, with nightclubs near by. which we knew, so bring earplugs if that bothers you. We were up quite late, so we actually enjoyed the energy.
Brock was very accommodating and had everything ready for us when we arrived. Definitely will be on our list when we come back to Atlanta.

This place is great. Big, clean, and close to downtown. Easy to figure out stuff. The Atlanta Street car is super close but it could wake you a bit early if you are a light sleeper like me (earplugs or a noise machine would ). Not unexpected since this place is in the city after all. Brock is responsive and helpful.

What a letdown this place is!
This apartment was dirty upon move in, kitchen and bathrooms were unkept , grime on the kitchen counter and stovetop. Literally bathroom had pubic hairs on toilet first time I lifted the seat...The garage would not fit my vehicle and after owner stopped by to assist he told me “ I can fit my car I don’t know what the problem is?”.. we’ll mine didn’t fit, we had to rearrange the garage shelving to accommodate (9pm at night), the AC system was a constant problem and owner acknowledged it and did come by to check on it, he stated that if it did not improve he would refund me a nights stay, I have all this in texts, he has never refunded me in two months since. Even after acknowledging there’s an issue and. Telling me he will refund a night to make up for it. The place is not well maintained, the walls in master bedroom have big water stains running down them from AC vents. Master bathroom door is falling off hinges.. wood floor in master is buckled from water damage.I have rented over last 18 yrs in Atlanta and this is by far the worst experience I have had. I have over 20 pics to prove this, I won’t even get into the odors coming from the business in the attached apartment below, all I can say is STAY AWAY
I've interacted with hundreds of guests at my townhouse and have never experienced any like Mr. Bryan. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the unit, the guest called me with a list of complaints that he could have solved by a simple review of my welcome message. My property is well-maintained and professionally cleaned after every guest stay, as evidenced by 3 years of happy guests. Mr. Bryan's comments are completely disingenuous, beginning as a prelude to extort a refund thru the threat of a negative review. No one is perfect, however no one can be made happy if there intent is not to be.
My cleaning crew has operated for 3 years in my townhouse and I've never heard ANYTHING that resembles Mr. Bryan's comments about cleanliness. After night one, and making sincere efforts to initiate a pleasant stay, it was clear the Mr. Bryan was not interested in being happy or any action short of manufacturing a case to extort a refund from me.
By night three it was clear that Mr. Bryan had ignored the clear instruction not to drop the temperature settings to unreasonable levels. I found a cooling unit struggling to achieve a 64 degree set point on an 85 degree, humid day in Atlanta. My A/C contractor came to address any mechanical issues, found none, and urged that the set point be left at reasonable levels that the system is designed to achieve. After resetting the unit and giving clear instruction to the guest I returned the next day to the same situation. My contractor has not needed to make ANY repair to my system before or after Mr. Bryan, thru several happy guests since. Unless my unit was an icebox, there was no way to satisfy Mr. Bryan's cooling needs.
If you would not like to get semi-weekly texts and emails for two months after a guest's stay, demanding refunds for complaints that 0 of 100+ guests have never made in the past, do not let this person in your home.
Place was amazing, plenty of space and great location. You can walk outside and walk to the bars and restaraunts, i will def stay here again.
